So the 82% holder votes in favour of delisting must know its better to delist so not worried about their holding.i think it's a positive and this will be back up next week











Correct better for them not the minority shareholders.

If you think this is going to turn out well for the minority shareholders then imo you are in the wrong game.

This is a disgrace and another nail in aim as once again it highlights that aim does not protect shareholders.

The movements of shareprice are now, just casino time and any profits made is just out and out gambling.

Anil Aggarwal CEO owns 82% therefore the delisting is a done thing as he is the driving force behind this and it can't be stopped.
Buy once the approval has happened. You may be able to sell shares to those that invest in unlisted companies if the price is v low.Rang my broker who said they use the market maker that the company say they will set up. Then you pay the fees for your offer to be considered by those who want to buy. Is v risky unless you buy a massive tranche - I doubt is would be worth it - I decided to sell. before the price crashed as i suspected it would.

Axa, Premier Miton, NFU, Henderson, Chelverton are the main institutional shareholders. They will be spitting blood at this iEnergizer delisting.

There is no sensible bid / offer. The shares going to zero. Given the size of the company, this is one of the worst episodes ever seen on AIM.

Anyone who thinks any dividend will be paid as a private company, forget it.

In the IT world there is a widespread fraud around "reselling" where essentially company A orders something from company B to make company B's numbers look good, when actually they are related parties. This is what Lynch will be charged with in the USA over the Autonomy scandal.

He did some research into their site in India and their hiring and also looked at postings about the company on various geeky websites that I have never heard of that IT people use. He uncovered 2 quite significant red flags which I cannot reveal on here for legal reasons. As I said his view was to short it.

I understand that he knows about the IT industry but accountancy has little to do with the industry no? Thank you.
