Post delisting, company can do anything it wants. Current minority shareholders will have no rights. Almost certainly will lose dividend rights. This is a squeeze-out. Where are the NEDs ?

But no real easy mechanisms to trade the shares once delisted so that's a risk.

Well they will likely still pay the divi on an ongoing basis so it's a potentially attractive long term hold, reinvesting the divi into something else. May be bought out at some point. Not without risk though

From 520p to 310p. After excellent interims. Maybe the forward guidance to any instis hasn't been as impressive as hoped, and that peak earnings have been achieved, maybe?

Just by pure luck I was out of these this morn, still happy with everything but it became too stale. Decided to hop into something that moving a little. Hope it works out for all holders, still confident in ibpo for the longer term
