Probably some update on the sale of the business, the company has a solid balance sheet, I feel comfortable with the holding (I have a small holding here though).
I would have preferred that Anil Aggarwal did not have the majority of the holdings in his hands. This gives him the liberty to decide the fate of the company to a larger extent, on the other hand his large position gives reassurance he will do the best for the company and for himself (and hopefully for all the small investors too).
I would be happy to see consistent offer being turned down, that would make the share price fly

I think a number of investors preferred to cash their holdings before the AGM on Friday. I expect further fall tomorrow.
Considering the little.free float comparing to the holding of the major stakeholder you can expect large volatility, and indeed it is quite a volatile stock

Strange fall with a potential bid forthcoming, or maybe not? Maybe some know something we don't?Still, good opportunity to add at these levels with the company performing so well and on a forward pe of around 12

For a modest growth, the shares are worth £6.50 in my opinion. If EPS mantain the current trajectory this can be a multibaggrr. Obviously nothing is ever guaranteed and in these difficult times a contraction can be expected.

Yes, long road for growth ahead. As suspected the share price has dropped back, I hope not for a lowball offer

Sorry, I must miread this:

"Further to the announcement made on 9 June 2022, iEnergizer confirms BPEA Advisors Private Limited ("BPEA") will participate in the formal sale process. As such, BPEA is no longer required under Rule 2.6(a) of the Code to announce, by no later than 5.00 p.m. on 7 July 2022, either a firm intention to make an offer for iEnergizer in accordance with Rule 2.7 of the Code or that it does not intend to make an offer."

I doubt there will be news of a bid in the next week or so. Following the announcement of a formal sales process I see matters taking several weeks (8-10?) to potentially agree terms and maximise the potential.
With the company trading well and with excellent prospects for further growth I feel that there will be multiple parties interested and ultimately a sale will be achieved at a decent premium to the current share price. Having been invested for 10 years+ I am happy to wait a while longer for a decent result...

Yes I agree! Good strategy to have a trailing stop, but not where a bid is possible. Needs to be news by next Friday of a concrete bid?
