HiI get the current PE is 15x with a forward PE of 14x (using consensus forecast eps of 41cents, 35p).

Agreed, better potential with this takeover closing. Divi to be announced soon as well. Cracking 500 and sky's the limit here

I won't top up but definitely hold. Many buyers were expecting big profits from a take over and sold but holding will reap more benefit than a take over.

There were some sellers immediately but with the interim div to be announced in a couple of months , which should be @ 2% , this is a strong hold and top up on any pullbacks IMHO
