Would the reason for IBPO to be (in my eyes) so under-priced due to the large majority of the shares owned by Mr. Aggarwal?
Could the company be seen for its majority as a "private company" with a small fraction of it to free to be traded by private investors and institutions?

Interesting that IG are only allowing SELL orders. You cannot open a buy trade on IBPO with them.

With IG you can use DMA which is getting some at sell price. Can't remember how to do it though
