I think they bought the technology rather than the customers, although the latter doesn't hurt. They now have a proper SaaS offering.

Agreed Techno2, in the past I seem to recall they gave a shot in the arm to the company. In addition after the election there will be a spending boom in 2020.

Idox now have yet another planning system to maintain - poor acquisition IMHO Just trying to buy up the "old" market when the "market" needs new cheaper systems

Very positive and L2 looking very solid, a few more days and we might see the jump to mid 30`s.

Volumes decent again and it seems to me that a large amount of stock is being collected by some. We may soon see a RNS about holdings imo.

Will miss the first 10-15% of recovery as insurance. For me needs to be >34p with upward momentum. It could hang around <30p for quite a while as they have had to make so may changes just to stabilise the picture. Lots of false dawns possible.

Over the past 20 years or so it has been a roller coaster RP19 but went all the way from the 5p mark to around 70p before the decline set in, and they got stretched and made poor acquisitions.

Things have turned again imo and this is a great earnings enhancing addition at a time when the new team have sorted out most if not all the old issues.

DYOR but for me its a banker, and I have been buying again to hold, I do not expect daily returns on this one.

Ex-holding that did reasonably well out of on the whole. Still keep an eye out. Poor acquisitions was the downfall before so the jury probably still out for many. That said, new management so may be different and the book build was at only a small discount.

Nice to see the volumes up and its worth noting that the offer was over subscribed.

Back into mid 30`s I expect very soon.

Surprised no further interest on this thread today, as the deal is going to be earnings positive this year.

A better deal would be hard to come across.
