30/7/2019 13:23 | A few more buyers back into today, maybe soon will head past 30p again, as seems oversold. | clocktower
29/7/2019 14:52 | Well we maybe near rock bottom once again but there is light at the end of the Tunnel and it seems like a good time to be putting a few away for the day the sun shines again next spring. Double bottom. | clocktower
16/7/2019 17:10 | Well its been some time since we heard what is going on inside the boardroom but the contracts seem to be holding up well, as is the sp, so as we head towards October and after all the summer holidays we may start to get the drift if where things are going. | clocktower
06/7/2019 23:40 | Is there something not yet in the public domain? Dotdigital could have declined his resignation but didn't. The private matter is a concern. He was promoted to Chairman end of March 2019 then bailed because of this private matter April 2019. That's highly unusual imho. "has offered his resignation to the board, which has been accepted, due to private matters in his other directorship." | p1nkfish
06/7/2019 23:22 | Having gone over RNS's back to 2016 it looks like the previous BoD had issues. Was there fraud at all or just incompetence? The new executive team look solid. Curious as the interim CEO jumped and about same time it impacted decision to stay at dotdigital too, April 2019, below. Smells fishy. The RNS's show musical chairs but no specifics on him or Andrew Riley Balance sheet needs attention and wonder why Kestrel sit at about 10% as it looks on the lower % side for them in a company like this. Rights issue would be no surprise and see Kestrel upping stake imho. Oliver Scott there and x-Gresham & others is promising. It looks ripe for a funding round to bolster balance sheet. "Richard Kellett-Clarke, Non-Executive Chairman of dotdigital, has offered his resignation to the board, which has been accepted, due to private matters in his other directorship. Tink Taylor will assume the role of Interim Chairman until such time as a full-time appointment can be made in accordance with corporate governance guidelines. The Company will accelerate its search for a new Chairman and will provide an update as soon as practicable." | p1nkfish
06/7/2019 23:12 | New board does long strong though. What was the story with Richard Kellett-Clarke? He stood down from dotdigital about same time, April 2019. "Richard Kellett-Clarke, Non-Executive Chairman of dotdigital, has offered his resignation to the board, which has been accepted, due to private matters in his other directorship." | p1nkfish
02/7/2019 21:23 | And this one..... Opidis awarded major Wood contract for document management cloud Monday, July 01, 2019 Opidis awarded major Wood contract for document management cloud Idox’s engineering information management division, Opidis, has been awarded a five-year contract by Wood to implement its cloud-based engineering document management platform, FusionLive, in its Americas business. A global leader in the delivery of project, engineering and technical services in energy, industry, and the built environment, Wood required a software solution to support its supply chain and end customer communications. Following an extensive review of solutions available, the company selected FusionLive. Danny Anderson, Wood’s Senior Vice President of Project Management, noted: “We required a collaborative solution that enabled us to work more efficiently with our customers. After carefully exploring our options, we selected FusionLive from Opidis due to its industry-specific capabilities in vendor management. It enables us to make proactive decisions that mitigate risks, reduce project bottlenecks, and accelerate project delivery.” The contract marks the latest milestone for Opidis following several large-scale document management contracts with organisations across the engineering industry. Opidis CEO, Philip Woodrow, commented: “We’re delighted to be continuing and expanding our relationship with Wood. FusionLive will offer the team greater insight into the health of their projects; the ability to monitor team and vendor performance; and provide mobile access to their documents in the field. Opidis clients have seen project delivery times reduced by up to 20% using FusionLive, so we look forward to seeing the positive results Wood can achieve across its divisions.” | techno20

21/2/2019 08:47 | I like the turnaround possibilities but the balance sheet is a nightmare. It would be prudent to do a placing or rights issue to repair it. | wjccghcc

19/11/2018 07:35 | And a Chairmn leaving with immediate effect? Wow! | phillis
05/11/2018 17:41 | During recent months, there have been some interesting developments. A "high calibre" CEO, David Meaden, is now in the driving seat; CFO Jane Mackie resigned - she of the old guard - and a successor is being sought; and most recently Richard Griffiths previously an unknown shareholder has increased his interest gradually to a disclosable 5.49%. 31 Oct, announcement that Oliver Scott - of Kestrel Partners LLP, whose current and long-term holding in Idox is 10.34% - has been appointed as a non-ex. Today's announcement that the loss-making digital division has been off-loaded for £1. Idox say results sometime this month. | trcml
26/7/2018 17:23 | someone bailing out today! | phillis
25/7/2018 20:23 | This was a true 'kitchen sink' set of results all the dirty linen out. In a way I am encouraged as the bad news is out there and hopefully the company can progress now with very limited expectations in the short term. | catch007 |
