26/10/2021 08:24 | WHI Morning Snapshot "We believe i3 Energy’s quarterly update reflects solid delivery. We have a high-conviction positive outlook for i3 Energy both operationally and in respect of the company’s share price. Today’s quarterly update provides confidence in that outlook. We believe i3 Energy is creating tremendous shareholder value via accretive acquisitions, low-cost workovers and drilling. The significant strengthening of energy commodity prices, which we believe reflects structural long-term macro dynamics, further supports what we see as a very compelling investment opportunity. We reiterate our fair value estimate of 35p of which 28p relates to the company’s Canadian operations. | spangle93

26/10/2021 08:10 | Awesome rise in Canada last night ahead of the Q3 results. Incline curve continues mainly from well re-completions. Two meaty gas hedges expire in 5 days time and the 2022 hedges are not surprisingly much higher, a couple of the oil hedges also expire end of the year too. Lovely to see the leap in NOI to almost $120m before their 2022 drilling plans kick in. Can't wait to see this budget and drilling plans for '21 and '22 when its released and the projected cashflow from that. We're now starting to see the initial impact of the small bolt on acquisitions, soon we'll see the impact of the Cenovus acquisition with all its deve locations and re-completions. Also interesting little boost from those de-commissioning grants from the Canadian gov. With 19,000boepd and circa 137mmboe these are significantly oversold still, Canada seems to be waking up finally. Looking forward to seeing these in the 30-40p region regardless of Serenity. Hopefully they'll hedge some more of that gas into 2022 when these next two contracts expire at the end of the month. Regards, Ed. | edgein

26/10/2021 07:59 | 2021 and Next Twelve-Month Net Operating Income ForecastBased on 13 October 2021 strip pricing, i3 forecasts 2021 full-year NOI of approximately USD 65.7mm and NTM NOI from 1 October 2021 of USD 119.1mm. The increase from the previous NTM NOI guidance of USD 94.8mm announced on 16 August 2021 is principally due to strong operational performance and strengthening commodity price forecasts. The forecasts assume natural decline of the Company's currently producing well stock and do not include any incremental production from development drilling, workovers, or other capital projects, which i3 is currently evaluating. The forecasts include the impact | jungmana
26/10/2021 07:55 | Wow. Seems replicatable.... Think capex plans later this year will be key how this develops, but this is encouraging:-"Produc | source
26/10/2021 07:50 | The abbot - The divi is based on FCF not NOI. While undoubtedly NOI is a major component of FCF, so is capital required for operations, so don't mentally spend your divvi until theyve guided us on their expectation of the 2021-22 capital program ;-) | spangle93

26/10/2021 07:44 | Also looks to me like the serenity deal is going to be a farm out for a free carry rather than a sale which is why the financing of the drilling is a key component, with oil up here its going to get done and will add more future production at no cost, this is going to rocket at some point | catsick
26/10/2021 07:43 | Very happy with the update Beyond the headline figures, there are some great nuggets of news, such as - Managing well decline rates through low cost interventions - Hedging over 40% of daily gas production at a relatively chunky price. It's a maze of conversions to a recognisable number but I think it's US$3.25/Mscf for 23.7 MMscf/d - Proactively and visibly decommissioning end of life wells and facilities (cf DEC) AND getting grants to do this work Hopefully as each quarter passes and a track record is established, reputation will be increasinly restored and new shareholders, whether after growth or income, will find it. It will be interesting to hear the presentation Thursday night (edited, thanks Goodday) | spangle93

26/10/2021 07:30 | Majid Shafiq, CEO of i3 Energy plc, commented:"The third quarter of 2021 continued with an intense level of activity across all fronts. We closed the transaction with Cenovus which added circa 8,400 boepd of production to our portfolio and, together with ongoing optimisation of our pre-existing asset base and some smaller transactions, we have managed quarter-on-quarter production growth and are currently producing circa 19,000 boepd. | jungmana

26/10/2021 07:15 | Absolute barn storming update with next 12 months NOI now forecast to push $120 million with close to 19,000:Boepd. Doesn’t get much better than this and an absolute bargain at current prices. Well done I3E! | highly geared
25/10/2021 23:08 | Nymex Gas up nearly 12% today and 15% over the last 2 trading days. Biggest single day rise in c. 3 years. I3E is c. 80% gas sales. Might correlate with the rise. I3E 2022 income projections will be blown out of the water on the upside at this rate. | highly geared |
