If you go over to the LSE message board - you will see that a poster BBN that has layed out in great detail the state of I3E's finances. In summary:

1)I3E have raised about $50m since March / April - refer to the applicable RNS.
2) Stated costs for the 120 day program are $36M and $33M if you remove the deferred payment.

In short they are fully funded and should have enough money to keep the light on until next year.

Also why do you call people morons and inbreds - are you something special ?
