Another twist in the tale perhaps , but we should all be grateful and not least the i3e BoD for the detailed and articulate assessment of the company's position this week by BBN over on the LSE board ,

The onus is now on the company to match the detail and clarity of Bigbitenow .

And Yet another share price articles, claiming an email from PR that backs up his claims.

Unable to read the article, however his claims where basically the company has lied.

Pretty serious accusations.

What is share price on about this morning? He is saying that the company PR man sent an e mail it to a free shareholders in Friday after the close, to put the failed drill in context. Is this correct? Can the contents of this e mail be shared with all shareholders, if true? Or do we all have to wait until Monday morning at 7 am for that ?

FACT: Miton crossed from 7.29% to 1.97% on 10/09/2019, I3E were notified on 11/09/2019 and RNS on 12/09/2019

FACT: Sometime on 10/09/2019 Miton had 93,433,685/100*1.97 = circa 1,840,643 shares and no longer had a notifiable interest

FACT: Lombard crossed from 14.94% to 11.19% on 11/09/2019, I3E were notified on 12/09/2019 and RNS on 12/09/2019

FACT: Lombard will cross again when 0.19% shares sold, ie 93,433,685/100*0.19 = circa 177,524 shares.

FACT: Since Miton notified on 10/09/2019 there was 3 trading days of volume of circa 18M, 7.5M and 7M shares

OPINION: Miton could have easily sold out completely on in those 3 trading days

OPINION: Lombard could have easily sold 177,524 on 12/09/2019 and notified on 13/09/2019 with I3E issuing RNS on 13/09/2019

FACT: No TR1 RNS on Lombard selling was issued on 13/09/2019, Lombard have until 16/09/2019 to notify a further crossing on 12/09/2019

OPINION: If we get to close of trading 16/09/2019 with TR1 then Lombard have stopped selling for now.

There is no company reference to a 90% CoS for LPt-02.
Please correct and give reference if otherwise.
So that 90% figure is a BB guess/fabrication.
And any argument based on this 90% is erroneous.

The CPR gives states a 70% CoS for Phase 2 East.
"70% chance of finding a sufficiently large volume to develop (STOIIP)."
A3 is targeting Phase 2 East.

There is no CPR on Serenity.
The 70 Cos for Serenity comes from the company.

He’s spot on and not only about that oil will rise strongly on Monday. Half of Saudis export could be knocked out according to sources.

Holding Eco has given me back the confidence to hold these AIM minnows through a drilling program. I don't expect a perfect batting average but I do expect management to have integrity, bags of relevant experience and skin in the game. I think that applies here.

I think you’re right, I have been out in the sun, and no fluid, but Che7win offers some hope there.

Ok alternative option , merger with adjacent owner nearby to create economy of scale, introduce new management, and spread risk.

One point , I’ve only been in this share 1 day, but I’m in total agreement about the management.

I viewed the proactive video, and the point is made that there was no other option to place the exploratory hole than where it was put, that was the best location in terms of gaining the data for their model, so that’s why it was chosen in part. So dual purpose well, not just about proving reserves.

Escape, The director own 20%, there will be no low ball offer.Why would management consider any offer when Serenity alone has P50 STOIIP = 197 MMstb.That is worth £1b at $5 pb.

escape have you been out in the sun without your hat?Proven assets become proven only after successful appraisal. Until then they are, by definition, unproven. I think I can say with confidence that there is no precedent for a minnow with stretched finances, which has just experienced a serious failure in its strategy nevertheless attracting a bid at a large premium.

At 27p , proven assets , risk reward attractive to others.

Low ball bid, say 40p very easy to win over what little institutional support there is, and have ravaged pis screaming to accept?

Just thinking as this possibility doesn’t seem to have been evaluated in the past few days melee.
