Why, given the history of hold ups, delays, unhappenings and general gnashing of teeth, would you not go for the biggest sweet spot you could find and have a share price at a quid, rather than test the boundary and miss the reservoir entirely and have a share price approaching twenty five pence?If you were to write a book about this adventure it would be assigned to the fiction section..

Divmad. Serenity is still a good prospect to drill but not a discovery. They next well is drilling into an already appraised oil discovery by Dana in 2013. The oil is there. OK the slightly missed the sand on the outer edge on the pilot hole but it doesn't change anything in my mind. The oil is there and next drill should show it and get things back on track.Only invest what you are willing to lose but I think the odds are good from here and at the current share price.

If they don't bit A3 on this next drill then they may as well just pack up their bags and sign in at their local labour exchange, it will be that bad, given the prior drilling history of the field.

The only thing I know for sure having been invested here for 18 months and having had e-mail correspondence and several lengthy calls with GH is you cannot trust a single word they say.

I was barred from further communication with GH after challenging him on some of the things he was saying. He really doesn't like people highlighting inconsistencies in the narrative.

saw89... I agree with you that we will see a big bounce. Many will want to be in for the run up to results but won't want to hang around for the actual results. That means an early entry at the lows in order to take profits before the end of the drill.I will be staying in until after results as I think the next result is the big one!

Sbb1x... My thoughts on this are that anything under 30p is bargain territory. A good clear rns from management after data is available for the drill will help to restore confidence.The drill will be moving on to the next location this week. A big target with 70% cos.Either they hit or they don't! If they don't, from this level you lose 50% of your money... If they hit, you make 400-600% and we move on to Serenity.I like those odds!

The oil is there. That was already known!
They just tested a boundary. They’ll use the intelligence to place the production well in the optimum spot.
2 huge drills to come.
This will rebound hard.
Ps I was out before this result and got twice the amount of shares for my money.
People need to chill out :)

You have got to consider the facts. The BoD have pumped up their shareholders time and time again. JV , then it collapsed. Multiple interested parties, nothing materialised then L2 was a pilot but really it was an appraisal well. Then Majid said that the results from this drill had no bearing on A3....really. I've followed this company closely and had my pants pulled down. Just my story.

Shocking situation really, think how much money lost this week, the iis selling out points towards more disappointment so nothing more than a traders share now
