10/9/2019 16:10 | So it depends which rise and why JOG increased, I fail to see the comparison with I3E | ![]() gisjob2
10/9/2019 16:10 | I3E's intention was to use the pilot well to gain information from the resource and they missed !Well, they did get information about the resource, unfortunately it just wasn't the info we were hoping for! I have a holding here, fortunately a small one, perhaps I'll top up sometime soon, this doesn't really impact Serenity, and L2 may yet end up a producer, even though the upside appears to have been reduced. I don't thinks there's a rush though. | ![]() greyingsurfer
10/9/2019 16:08 | Jung, no not wrong the first increase was after they drilled a dud and sidetracked ! | ![]() gisjob2
10/9/2019 16:08 | gisjob2 "JOG increased because they sidetracked and found the hydrocarbons eventually" That was earlier. After side tracking they then drilled another appraisal well to see the extent of the discovery. This well failed to find the sands they were looking for and their estimate of the discovered find was scaled back to the lower range of their estimates. | ![]() dlm2602
10/9/2019 16:08 | AUCTION, CANT BUY ONLINE | kirk2
10/9/2019 16:07 | You are wrong there about JOG. Thry bounce from 60p to over 200p because of the award of a licence with over 100mbbls of oil on it. NOT due to any side track.I3e imo will bounce to 50p area within 2/3 weeks. | ![]() jungmana
10/9/2019 16:06 | BUYING FRENZIE INTO CLOSE, WATCH | kirk2
10/9/2019 16:05 | Any sign of this interview? Given this was just an appraisal well. And was always to be plugged and abandoned, fall seems overdone? A large position on margin being cleared and stops hit? | ![]() honestmarty

10/9/2019 15:54 | dlm, JOG increased because they sidetracked and found the hydrocarbons eventually. I3E's intention was to use the pilot well to gain information from the resource and they missed ! | ![]() gisjob2
10/9/2019 15:49 | JOG with Equinor as operator had a similar experience 6 months ago drilling an appraisal well in their Verbier discovery. The drill failed to find the expected sands and JOG's shares crashed 60% on the day. So its not just little companies like i3e who suffer these setbacks. Equinor with all its resources and experience failed to find the reservoir. JOG's shares are now trading above their pre-crash price although that is due to other factors. I increased my holding in i3e by two thirds yesterday so not best pleased with the announcement today. But with a current market cap of £28m I think the fall is overdone. | ![]() dlm2602
10/9/2019 15:47 | Good luck toon - hope it comes out well for you. Beg - I agree this has never felt right since the start but for whatever reason, I always trusted the drill bit to do the talking. Just a painful reminder that oil exploration is always a punt whatever the cos.. | ![]() underdog1
10/9/2019 15:43 | DevonBecause what i3e say has to be taken with a massive pinch of salt. I know there was a CRP behind the 90% cos but the potential JV didn't buy it and nor did anybody that went into the data room so, much like everything they say, it has a bad smell about it. | ![]() begorrah88
10/9/2019 15:41 | The little i3 voice haunts me , still in , have to wait for the bounce again ... sort of wounded . Lol | ![]() muddyfox0151

10/9/2019 15:39 | ..... at least it isn't the warrant holders selling now Beg. I still can't get over how a 90% COS drill turned out to be a 100% complete miss! | ![]() devonlad
10/9/2019 15:37 | That is the risk. If an ii is now off-loading shares, once the buying volume dries up, there could be another leg down. I would have got in today but that little voice in my head is telling me 'don't' | ![]() flawlesskicks
10/9/2019 15:33 | Looks like more pressing down on the share price getting cheaper to buy as the eagerness to offload what I presume to be LO's holding, increases. There is talk of the BoD putting a statement together to put out & Lord knows what that would do to the share price with their absolute inability to understand how the market reacts to their comments. | ![]() begorrah88
10/9/2019 15:32 | Amazing volume of shares traded and around 1/3 of the company shares will have changed hands today. Should be a number of Holding RNS's coming through be very interesting to see who holds what after today. | ![]() puffet

10/9/2019 15:27 | toon - yup. Why risk it here when we have 100sqkm of oil with four deeps being tested at the other place? I don't see the point at the moment. The gambler in me is interested but he is locked up underneath the sensible FK guise... | ![]() flawlesskicks |
