I think it's nonsense with no bearing on the final outcome, which still has it's very high CoS however.

This is not going to be a production well - it was never intended to be one, so I think we can put this particular rumour to bed.

Not at this stage no.

This is an appraisal well.

Following logging etc they may opt for water injections but certainly not during the appraisal process

Unless, as stated above, they are going straight into production
