I am out, yes. But I did say I'd buy back in if a deal were done.

You cannot escape me FB. I was in SQZ about 3 years ago too at 7p. I sold at 12p and thought I had done well. Never did get round to buying them back again.

The window of opportunity for getting a bargain could be closing.

To coin a phrase from FOX or CNN - it’s a big fat nothing burger.

What is different in this rumour to Managements already stated intention to set a bid date and provide an update on JV progress in February as well as finance.

Tony,
I think you misread my posts, I’m looking at the end game here.

For Liberator, the project economics are:

Highly attractive project economics
• Phase I NPV10: US$602MM Pre-tax,
$367MM Post-tax
• Phase II NPV10: US$2.5B Pre-tax, US$1.5B Post-tax

Serenity has just as much upside, so I stick to my projections of the potential here, I think we will be bought out before ever getting near production of 65000 barrels per day.

So an up day tomorrow it is.

and here you go, from their latest presentation. that word INDICATIVE is in there again, just like it was last year. when they promised the world.

JV process underway (bid date late February) and
indicative terms being agreed with lenders for c.US$100-
130MM development/appraisal facility

Why is JOG valued at £45m and i3e at £20m?

No it's from the January RNS. I'm just highlighting it as someone raised a potential issue with funding. Of course nothing is guaranteed.

$2 bbl 2c would seem to be about the average.

Chew7en,

Just thinking back to your earlier share price calculation - you have applied $20 (profit) against 2p & 3p reserves to come up with a potential share price of $40. It does not jive - I’m pretty sure that u are using the wrong metric for undeveloped resources - I think it would be somewhere in the $2 - $3 per barrel which would be 1/8 to 1/10 of what you have used. I’m sure someone on this board can sets us straight.

It's just the old news being continually recycled by people on here.
