It looks like you are right - no sells today so far, plenty of buys. People know where this one is now heading.

Junior debt, senior debt...JV....there are going to be so many people in possession of price sensitive information on these deals (despite Chinese walls) that it will be impossible to keep a lid on the price when there is a whiff of funding deals getting over the line. Price action here will say a lot about the progress going on in the background. As soon as debt deals are in a final agreed form no one will want to sell and the share price will go vertical in the scramble to buy before the formal RNS

Looks like the cheaper line of stock has gone for the time being. Let's see if there are buyers at 58/59p.

I doubt anybody on here would have a view on Bidstack, Tony. People who do oil & gas tend to just do oil and gas..

Just listened again to the VOX podcast with I3E. Does anyone have any thoughts on the host - Justin Waite - does he know what he’s talking about?

One of the reasons I ask is that Bidstack PLC were on the same POD Cast. I read up a little more about Bidstack afterwards and Justin Waite was extremely bullish - they appear to have a huge potential market and they are apparently the 1st Company in the space. I was considering buying a small holding this morning but they had shot up 17% so I thought I would hold off and do a little more research.

Noticed that Miton have gone from 5% holding to 7% holding per the website major shareholders section - though no tr1 published.

I wonder if it was Miton who bought the 105p placing shares?

I would rather mitigate risk at the cost of not maximising profit.

Ariel YHWH,

On what basis or is this just a gut feel. Have you checked any metrics?

Interesting - if you wait for JV or funding confirmation you will have missed a Big chunk of the upside.

I guess you are saying that you think I3E will not pull this off!

The previous CEO over promised and under delivered - that’s why the share price tanked.

The new CEO appears much more measured and presented what appears to be a more realistic plan - however, even now the time table seems to have slipped from
His updates late last year to the current plan.

SP may be reflecting some doubt on the ability of his team to deliver.

I'm currently out so I don't want to say too much. If they get a JV or finding I'll buy back in.

Agreed and I’m trying to figure out why the share price does not seem to match the Company Presentations or the optimism of some on this board.

I had a discussion with someone on the RKH board who basically said that he thinks the reserves are not sufficiently proved. What are your thoughts?

OK, but what does the current share price tell you about what the market thinks the likelihood is now?

I made the assumption that they will get the funding approval, share price will rise and they are able to make a placing at 80p minimum. The share price was 128p when the market thought that a JV agreement was iminent.

They won't be able to get a placing away at 80p while the share price is at 55p.. If they get funding from a JV they shouldn't need a placing.. If they get funding the share price will rocket and they'd be able to place much higher..It's a poser and no mistake.

They don't need both I don't think. If they go for debt they keep 100% equity but they must keep up repayments.. If they go for JV they give a percentage of the equity in exchange for the cash and expertise of the farminee..I'd have thought much more preferable to get RRE or Repsol as a partner in exchange for equity but I guess RRE were playing hardball and Repsol being restructured. Money markets tightened back end of last year so that didn't help..All to play for but I still think RRE or Repsol bring more to the party..I suppose that the debt facility, once they have been offered what they need can be used to play hardball back at RRE or by getting Repsol to make their minds up..All to play for still...

I should know this since I’m an investor but I don’t. Can someone educate me:

If I3E are going to the debt market to fully fund the drilling and phase 1 - what do they need the JV partner for and is there likely to be dilution and how much?

My adblocker doesn't do that.,I repeat though that only a blue poster can award ticks down, and there aren't many blues about on ADVFN these days.

On my desktop I have an ad-blocker and it also stops all tick ups/downs showing. I checked with ADVFN and they confirmed it occurs. (I can still see them on my mobile).

showme01, I appreciate your posts and it would be a shame if you stop posting. If you don't want to see if you are being ticked up or down, try installing an ad-blocker.
