I3 Energy is a fundamentally cheap asset. It may trade up or down significantly on limited liquidity. Use dips as opportunities to buy and ignore the noise. You will make money. The key is patience and acting contrary to the market.

I see a lot of discussions here about market makers and disparities between the number of buys and sells. A buy is simply an exchange between both a buyer and a seller at a higher price than the last. A sell is simply the opposite. Do not try to read anything into this data. Market makers do operate to provide liquidity (ie a bid when order book bids disappear and then vice versa) but don't typically actively manipulate a stock - as it's risky to hold a significant 'naked' position

A poster on twitter a while ago said that the exclusivity period was said to be for 60 days but was extended by i3 to 90days. The 60 days would have finished before RRE's Dyas acquisition so potential JV partner doesn't look like RRE.

Also, now Dyas deal is sorted, why hasn't a JV with RRE been announced? Probably cos it's not with them.

Now that RRE is starting to rerate that should remove their appetite for delisting and heading private, which may be the main impediment to our jv concluding, assuming it's them of course.
