That proves that the chairman didn't have to dump his entire holding to satisfy II demand, doesn't it?

1gw, I'm surprised (well not) that you're not being honest here. Why not question the huge trades, despite the chairman having sold out?

TLY have c40% IIs, chairman & CFO buying. Yet there, you've don't think the chairman and CFO buying is significant.

Why's that?
You make a dodgy 2nd hand car salesman sound honest. How many multiple ids do you have and why?

Perhaps today will be the day it does! I don't think anything we have heard or seen from HVO over the last few months has been negative in any way. Just needs some patience!

Re: 30p level. Well, we still haven't made it over 30p since my post of 17th September. Got to be quite soon one would think. A decent RNS about a contract would do the trick I am sure.

Must be one of those squawking Frielbirds, sometimes found feeding with institutions.

There’s a charting sign for any agenda you want.

I dreamt that a man in a lab coat was writing up a list of contracts on a blackboard, but then some sort of large bird came and ate it, then exploded.

Very strong chart momentum with a strong Kijun Sen Cross and Chikou Span Cross with a Kumo Breakout too for the Ichimoku lovers. 3x charting buy signals. Can see an uptrend starting again target a punch out to 32/33 pence

Good to see the HVO team still on the road promoting the business. Hopefully a contract or two will follow down the line:

Newbies/gullible readers

I see the HVO BS ramper Hallsworthy is deramping TLY on Lse BB and 1gw is doing the same on this BB. Coincidence???

Ask yourselves why they are so desperate...

Strong Sell

RE: Dangerous times for TLY18 Sep 2024 14:02
Massive red flags having a broken NHS and labour in power coupled with a very poor business model relying on a sole client, spells recipe for disaster. I'll reiterate the price target of 2.5 within the next year, 75% down.

a massive c40% of IIs hold TLY, the TLY chairman has been buying, the TLY CFO has been buying.

Yet 1gw and his mates are ignoring those and are using different metrics to deramp those. Why's that?

If the chairman sold some in Feb, as the original placing suggested, I'd say it was ok as he was locking in some profits. However, selling out majority whilst the company was being talked up, I think is a red flag. I warned at the time that the company was being talked up so they could sell.

Selling out the remaining in July just 4 working days after the TU/Investor presentation when the company was again being talked up, I think is a huge red flag.

Then this article where the chairman seems to suggest "I'm alright Jack" doesn't support current PIs or IIs.

www.businesspost.ie/news/six-or-seven-million-quid-for-my-shares-thats-bloody-good-cathal-friel-on-selling-hvivo-stake/

I don't think it's a coincidence the CEO's options are due to start exercising in just over 4 months time. Obviously he would like his options and needs the share price to stay higher for the next 4 months.

The original placing said around 25% would be sold, which would have been ok.

But a day later the chairman dumped majority of his holding, which I see as a red flag.

Where's all these £40m contracts they talked about?

Yet another of 1gw's and mates shares, POLB, crashing after they announce the results..which showed revenues, cash and admin costs exactly as I predicted.

Hope there weren't any gullible readers who took the bait.

I thought it might be of interest to longer-term HVO holders. If nothing else it served as a further indication of where CFs energies are now directed, notwithstanding his chairmanships of, and shareholdings in, HVO and POLB.

1gw portrays himself as a well researched reasoned poster. Why then do virtually all his shares crash?
