CF doing a deal worth whatever doesn’t mean the deal is great for the original shareholders does it ?

Lost count of how often big numbers are quoted to impress, when there is no detail as to who gained and who got shafted. Just the same BS as quoting market sizes of squillions when a business has only ever demonstrated an ability to generate a couple of million in sales.
