20/2/2017 14:56 | Is this share leaky? | arcadian
20/2/2017 14:52 | Looks to me things are coming to a head one way or another. | pounddreamer
20/2/2017 14:49 | IndeedInteresting 1.8m O trade.I've been invested here rayrac since early 2015 and the story gets better, but as always I'll always be a pessimist when invested....focus on the risks as I know reasons for the upside. | brahmsnliszt
20/2/2017 14:45 | laser, that 1.8m trade must be from earlier which is why we zapped up at 8.15am. We just need a few more institutions to buy at that level and we will soon reach that £ sign. Apparently Dr T is now on the rig; DST testing may have started in which case news may slip out in a week or so. | chessman2
20/2/2017 14:44 | Wow! £990,000 buy... follow the money! :) | mike_f

20/2/2017 13:43 | Is anyone having problems with the live charts here? I couldn't get them to work on Friday. Now they are working, but won't display the spread as a shaded area. | agnabeya
20/2/2017 13:25 | Sorry agnabeya - must have missed it; along with a whole load of other people! With a bit of luck people will start to take notice soon enough... | terry hardacre
20/2/2017 13:23 | I guess the only thing to hold us back is how much of it is recoverable. | brahmsnliszt
20/2/2017 13:21 | What larger than BRENT or CLAIR | deanroberthunt
20/2/2017 12:58 | Terry....the BBC has commented on WOS too. I thought I'd posted the link? When I first started over 20 years ago it was WOS....and was told by a BP rep then that the whole western area there was probably the largest oilfield in the world, if they could reach it. Of course coverge in the media is determined by politics. Just like the Falklands,mI suspect. :) Cash, agreed. HUGE potential, capital letters. Bring it on! | agnabeya
20/2/2017 12:03 | Agna, 15269# Thanks. Interesting read. The entire West Coast of Scotland has enormous potential for oil. Its not understood well but vast areas with serious petroleum potential are known to exist, running from Faroe-Shetland basin towards southwest. Its an immense treasure. One report I read some years ago talked about 'shattered rock' west of Lewis, poorly understood by the industry but some talking about the potential of it to mirror NS. This (shattered rock) is similar, perhaps the same as HUR's FB. I do hope the good Dr. has his eyes on this area and we apply if the OGA put it up for licensing. Its the way forward. 20/2/2017 11:58 | Thanks ngms - I am inclined to believe there would be a £ sign at the start of the share price in that event. All idle speculation of course, but it's a pleasant way to pass the time. Edit: I see we are all on the same page. I need to take a cold shower, Mondays shouldn't be this titillating. | terry hardacre
20/2/2017 11:57 | also market still not woke up to fact Lincoln and warwick are one field | laserdisc
20/2/2017 11:55 | Dr Trice has already compared GLA to Norways vast Johan Sverdrup field (3bln). If Halifax comes in as expected 75p will be welcome for starters, but far to low if the 'one giant field' theory proves correct. You are looking north of 100p. Cash | cashandcard
20/2/2017 11:54 | yeah, i meant if halifax just comes in good, but if it does transpire H is part of lancaster, then Boom! the nav would be easily well over 200p/sh... so thats where id expect the share price to open up! | leeson31
20/2/2017 11:49 | If halifax is single accumulation double the share price for starters We could be talking about the largest field in the north sea. | gregpeck7
20/2/2017 11:48 | Terry, that hope is that Lancaster / Halifax is a single accumulation. i.e. Several billion barrels recoverable. | ngms27
20/2/2017 11:39 | ngms - In saying 75p would be pessimistic if Halifax comes in 'as we hope'; is that 'hope' based just on there being recoverable hydrocarbons, or that it's one giant field with Lancaster? I would think if the former, then yes some share price appreciation, but not much - at least not until other matters are addressed (particularly financing of EPS). If the latter, then, yes, 75p would be miserly in the face of a world class discovery. In my wretched opinion. | terry hardacre
20/2/2017 11:36 | 56p finish imo. | blueball
20/2/2017 11:32 | If Halifax comes in as we hope I believe 75p will be too pessimistic | ngms27 |
