25/10/2016 16:41 | TD online application does not work, you get the following message. "The allocation you have entered is not a valid number" They are aware of the problem as I have just phoned them !!!! TD seem to screw up corporate actions on a regular basis, this is not the first time they have published untested option/actions HL is looking more attractive these days. G2 | geordy2
25/10/2016 15:40 | Took your advice kaytom, thanks. As it happens it looks like ringing them is the only way to try for additional OO shares as doing it yourself seems to screw up the balancing calculations of the three fields, they can set it up for you using an internal system. | thanksamillion
25/10/2016 15:34 | TD just issued their HUr corporate action offer. | oilandgas1

25/10/2016 15:10 | Anyone explain how to fill in the form? I see: Sub shares to lapse (Default) 0 Sub shares to exercise 0 Open Offer 0 If I want to take my full entitlement do I simply fill my allotment eg 10, in the "Sub shares to exercise" box If I want to subscribe for say my 10 shares allotted plus an additional 10 would I simply enter 20 in the Open offer box? TD's documentation does not give clear guidance in any of this. | thanksamillion

25/10/2016 11:36 | My speculation is it may be pre emptive be sold on to highest bidder. They are presently proving up as much as they can. The oo appears to me just a gesture for investors remembering those who are still holding from the initial float. If they do take this to production on their own I would be surprised,as their strength is in the exploration side. Whats the reasoning in proposing to re opening the data room if part or all is not up for sale once data room opens more newsflow | laserdisc
25/10/2016 11:15 | Anyone else slightly miffed at the allocation set aside for 'retail' investors? I know it would of meant a prospectus having needed to be created and costed but they could have raised more money than the 5M Euro limit and given us little fish a greater reward than the 1/76 allocation, I'm sure most on here would fill their boots given an opportunity to do so! 25/10/2016 10:06 | Give them time folk, the OO will go to the Brokers account first as one transaction, the broker then has to split it down and post allocations to each individual investors account, so can take a while - today / tommorrow. | thanksamillion

25/10/2016 09:38 | Gary m.I doubt that you would get anywhere close to that figure by which time the share price should be higher as I hear that much more news to come in the next couple of weeks.I will take up my full entitlement and will apply for excess although not confident!Whichever route you choose good luck.LT | ltinvestor
25/10/2016 09:37 | no thought about that but not doing. Going for excess application with fresh funds it will be oversubscribed,What we don't know is how the shares will be allocated ,could be all high applications are thrown out, .. they allocate from the lower end, then again could be just averaged across all applications, bit like the thatcher privatisations | laserdisc
25/10/2016 09:35 | Yes Gary was think selling all but excess at 34 and make 15% but I know I would never get them all again | eringael
25/10/2016 09:25 | Was thinking about maybe selling part of my holding (All profit) say £5k worth then apply for excess using that £5k. Anyone else doing this and is it worth it?
