i find acting on initial impulse/instinct, bears fruit.. thats why i bought first pullback the day of lancaster news at 33p after it reached 38p... i didnt follow the stock prior to news, but i knew thats investable news...

the only thing that had held it back was financing, and we now know why..

all done now.. :-)

exactly Terry, to be in at just 1 or 2p more than the placing price is pretty good.... i believe this will be towards 70p+ due course...... the mid 30's will have seem a steal......

it was the only thing holding the price back given the 3 bits of good news.....

Well I do agree the price action and other signs have had the suspicious whiff of AIM insider dealing over the last few days, but I think the story is nonetheless extremely encouraging.

I have decided to punt another 50,000 shares at this level, and if it does go down further, I'll take another 50,000 closer to the 34p level. The PIs will always be the last to know, but it doesn't mean you can't still benefit from what is shaping up to be a very good story here.

37p now.. PI's always complain they never get a look in wwhen it comes to placings... but there is that open offer albeit 76:1 i persoally wont, but i did buy in at 34p, 35p and 40p, so im lloaded up now..

i doubt any pi's will be able to buy at 34p in the open market from hereon... i see it as base.

puzzler, but we all guessed/knew one was coming..... for me it was just a case of what price! id have thought they could have got out 38p now 34p, but, look where the share price was just 8 weeks ago?? the co. has done well, and they have some great assets to get de risking :-)

The run up to this has been so badly handled. With the sell off in particular, the discount to market, price action. I am long and staying long but I can't say that's the best delivery of news

Brahmsnliszt: yeah, defo someone knew... i wouldnt be surprised at all if kerogen shorted that gap open, knowing theyre in the placing for 93m shs at 34p !! short at 44p down to 40p, buy them back when cheaper..... its how it works though isnt it..... all we can do is be in the right stock with great fundies. i think this will be bought up to lancatsr nav/sh now... (imo 75p area)

Looks as though this fundraising was the City's worst kept secret. Even Malcy was able to get out his blog today with all the details, before I'd scarcely had time to read the RNS.

It's all good news though, so no complaints.

travesty it opened higher the other day on positive news only to see it come straight back down the rest of the day and close on the lows.

Someone obviously knew, and yet again the pi gets shafted.
Makes you wonder if management here are to be trusted. First time ive felt that here but without a doubt there was some dodginess going on in the last week on this share.
Absolutely stinks.
Ill remain long though

Explains why its flatlined more recently- + the sells after major news- some were shorting. IMO

Still as you say 34p should provide a platform...

yeah quite happy now, its done, and for longer term investors this is very good, because to raise fund at 34p when the Sp was only 24p just over a month a go saves the co. issuing as many shs....

open offer too for existing holders at 34p... thats the base now imo

yep - even at 34p id say that's bullish. CA and K both taking up the lions share and the balance will for sure be well oversubscribed so we might all get 10 shares :-(
