The DCUs are payable twice per year, up until 2026, with the max total cumulative payout being 6.48p/share, subject to certain events happening. None of the required events happening are guaranteed, and the DCUs in theory could pay out nothing at all.

How much do you trust Prax and the previous Board of Hurricane? You future payments are entirely in their hands in a most opaque manner.

Is there a payment from prax of 6.02p per share plus the 5.19 p per share from hurricane. There is only the hurricane payment and the dcu unit in my share account with h&l.

Wegnerphilip - an RNS stated the amounts due are 3 different payments all on same day 1.87 p plus 3.32 p plus 0.83 p - so that's your total of 6.02p
Some providers seem to be better than others at paying this. In an ii account I have had 2 payments that total 6.02p. Barclays StupidInvestor account has made 2 payments but not the 0.83p yet. I spoke to them earlier today and at least they are aware of the money but are consulting with company because they don't yet know how what to call it!

I am confused by the hurricane special dividend of 5.19p per share and as I understood a payment of 6.02p per share from hurricane plus the dcu of up to 6.48p per share. It seems it hasn't turned out like that as I am quite a chunk of money down. Any explanation would be gratefully received.

I just received the .83p cash payment in my HL SIPP but no dividend yet.
HL also confirmed if the DCU cant (HMRC determination) be kept in a ISA/SIPP they will be moved to their fund and share facility (I have already).

Whats not clear is if this transfer will count as a SIPP crystalisation event as a key SIPP benefit is if undrawn down by holder your beneficiaries (In event of your death)get the benefit tax free.(DYOR)

As usual Barclays is Sh*te! Only made 2 of the 3 payments to my accounts.

I have previously chased other divs down that haven't been paid - worst case when they actually sent the money back to the registrars for Coral when 2 divs were paid on the same day. I spent hours trying to sort it out and arguing with different people that I wasn't wrong - sending them copies of RNSs etc to prove my case. Unbelievable they actually rebranded themselves to Smart Investor!

IG Markets are being a bit slow. The 0.83 cash is still not showing but the two 'dividends' are. The HUR shares are still showing but no mention of the DCU's.

Are other IG Market account holders in the same situation?

iii also updated my dcu's showing in an ISA. Will they stay there just for the 30 days till tax situation agreed with HMRC We will see ?

hargreaves lansdown have updated my holding now shows as Prax Exploration & Production plc class 2 as retained in a SIPP
