"...your effectively changing the subject was 'parliamentesque' in its nature…"

What?

I didn't change the subject. If anyone did that it was you. Someone misguided conflated the billions of barrels of potential that was dreamed of by Trice in days gone by with the possibility of a short term extension to the AM contract. I pointed out that a short term extension could only target the reserves which have already been identified. If Hur wanted to promote its existing resources then it would need to conduct appraisal drilling and do additional technical, economic and engineering work. It doesn't have the money to do any of that, so it's not going to happen.

Then you immediately brought up the "billions of bbls" thing again.

It's a mirage.

It was always a mirage.

We just didn't realise it.

Hur does not have billions of bbls of potential resources across the Rona Ridge. That was the sincere but mistaken belief of Dr Trice. His thesis has failed. The EPS has failed to perform. Lincoln and Warwick have failed. The JV with Spirit has failed. The Trice model of the Lancaster reservoir has failed.

For you to still be talking as if there were billions of bbls of potential is bizarre.

Ain't that pretty for bonds though I guess..most of the restructuring modelling was based on pumping till 2024 to get a return ..so what exactly is the point of this highly expensive restructuring exercise??Cash flow stops June 2022 regardless.Fact they haven't managed to agree a shorter extension before contract date I do not see as a positive ( but maybe more favourable if restructuring goes through ?)also the production cost jumps with not extension so the cashflow assumptions must now be significantly lower.Seems bondholders have far more to lose than equity either way.

I am not a bond holder and never have been.

I am not a shareholder. I used to be. I bought on 15 separate occasions between 20 something and 59p. I sold in the high teens - 17 or 19p or thereabouts. I have always been transparent about my purchases and sales.

I am not short and never have been. I've never shorted any share.

I've already said all of the above on multiple occasions. GHH seems to think I'm lying. That's sad but it says more about him than me.

I'm not motivated by any financial exposure here.

I remain interested in Hur's situation because I'm a long term follower of the oil industry and the E&P sector. Following H is very educational and pretty diverting. It also helps me to stay grounded. I'll be sadder and wiser when the next golden opportunity floats into view and will be better equipped to exploit it. Perhaps more to the point I'm learning more about the behaviour of retail investors in the sector. The absolute nonsense that is being parroted here these days demonstrates that where retail investors are concerned the market is very much not an efficient one. Many people are patently incapable of the simplest data analysis.

Resistance is futile the Bond will assimilate you. With AM sailing away in June 2022 it's all over for equity.

What court proceedings on the 11th? The 11th was the date set for sanction hearing before court ordered shareholder meeting and the convening hearing , that moved the whole timetable. The 11th is now the bondholder and shareholder meeting date. Believe the next day in court is the Sanction Hearing on the 21st June for 2/3 days.

Does anyone know how to get an online link to view the court proceedings on the 11th?

I'm not interested in the shareholder meeting. It won't be at all useful and the vote is a foregone conclusion. I'm talking about watching what the judge has to say about it all.

RE: RNSToday 07:17

I have to say in many years of investing I have never come across the guys running a company literally do everything they can to run it into the ground. I’m lost for words I really am !, the amount of greed, collation and corruption I am not amazed at as I see this everyday in business but these guys are on a level I have not see n before and hopefully never see again. If I’m honest I’m glad they are keeping up their narrative to kill this company as it’s bringing all together to remove these clowns so looking forward to the next few weeks:)

Given HUR's statements around cash flow from here and we now have the NFA scenario why haven't the shares dropped to virtually zero?

Re CoS, no one here has a clue. All we know is that CA's claims of upside, backed up by £, must raise an element of doubt.

I'm afraid this sums you up.

There is no realistic chance that any oil which is not yet classified as reserves can be promoted to reserve status within the time and cost constraints under which Hur is labouring.

CA clearly disagreed as of their purchase on 9th April. Yet you have no doubt. You must be short because I know you to be much more astute and balanced than this.

>> CA obviously had a plan <<

You keep saying that. But you haven't said what such a plan might entail. In fact you haven't even speculated about the shape and content of such a plan. or for that matter whether the plan might still be viable.

Believers in the QAnon conspiracy theory were convinced that ther was "a plan". They expected a secret army to emerge, restore their beloved Trump to power and arrest their enemies. This would usher in a time of peace and prosperity.

Sounds to me a lot like the nonsense being parrotted here. I am rather surprised that you seem to have bought into it.

Truth:- There is no secret plan. There is no conspiracy. The leader who was deposed is never coming back. It's a disappointing defeat. Suck it up and move on.

The pompous, self indulgent, bore off clowns are out in force today . Better to lose 100% trying to defeat this bunch of useless idiots , than take a 95% loss and accept the opinion of a bunch of uninvested , mind numbingly tedious stooges . Time to get a life people , you're wasting the clearly large amount of time you have on your hands .Onwards CA . I'm with you win or lose .Good luck all genuine , down on their luck investors and bore off the rest .

Oh come on, Tournie. I wasn't feeding into that particular zone of your preferred nuanced discipline, and you know it.

I don't doubt the accuracy of the distinction between acknowledged remaining reserves and the potential of a possible zillion bbls oil in place across the whole Rhona Ridge.

You are not a troll, nor an egotist spoiling for an argument, but your effectively changing the subject was 'parliamentesque' in its nature. So, I'll try again with just 2 exlicit queries:

1/ Given that we've all been misled by those at HUR for years, do you REALLY believe the company's explanation of the OWC being thousands of feet shallower than where it was originally claimed to have been observed?

2/ Are you a bond holder?
