The point is Leonebull..........you dont get in them when they are performing badly. You get in them "after" they have turned the corner.

They dont turn the corner and instantly soar.........its a long, nasty process of turning the corner........you dont want to be in for that.

What is extraordinary is that. NGMS and Pro are invested in PANR and TXP. These are both firms that were doing exceptionally badly until they reinvented themselves and turned around the situation. Striking they have the blinkers on to the degree the cannot potentially see that happening here...,

ghhghh, I'm aware of the vaccines phase 3 results I was commenting on the phase 2 immune responses. The immune responses suggest that a good proportion of those the Oxford vaccine will protect with two doses i.e. the 62% to 90% will have protection within 7 days of the first dose.

Can you please provide a link because this is nonsense!

The 62% and 90% are from Phase 3. The 90% is based on initial half dose but cohort under 55. The 62% is both full doses and includes the very old. The was NOTHING on partial immunity.

So prove to us all that you are not completely clueless. Provide a link.

Dr . Trice had skin in the game (and he delivered where we are up to this point. lots of above zero results - they are only less good then hoped for - and only he with his trusted small team did it up until now)

in each profession there is a variable that at the end bends the wished for result 100 % or more. in finances it is discount rate, growth rate, in mechanical enginenering it is saftey factor NI (greek letter) etc

best planners on paper were communist - all rosy and people gathered around grand ideas - because paper took it all

and whenever I see a business plan or CPR or similar my reflex thought is where my country was driven by those papers

as I said - CPR, OGA, auditors, boards ...... layer upon layer of papers - that cost and provide good living and no responsibility and no skin in the game

and people are trained to trust and believe them

not me -

papers are always put into the context by myself and why and by whom they were written

Only if stakeholders don't support the companies future Lancaster activities, and I believe the bh will be extended a few years as happens in these situations as you know or should know. There's no gains for stakeholders or bh to see dilution. Still have 16m in restricted cash, 1/3rd of the mkcap lol.

The company has now left itself wide open for a hostile takeover that'll be voted for or against by shareholders, I wouldn't be surprised if spirit make an offer, they could have 100 percent of the fields instead of 50. 45m has left us now a prime target and would be very appealing for existing shareholders. 200m+ 10p is chicken feed for this imo. I would vote yes like 99 percent of shareholders. We shall see.

Only producing from the one well, and that's not bad amount to be fair, oil prices up over 25 percent from the last quarter, I'm positive they'll get the backing for the side-track of 7z will massively increase oil production in late 2021, With oil prices set to rise next year there's a lot than can change the value of the company and its situation from second and third quarter's from this year. 45m mkcap for this company just can't add up. Hostile takeover is very possible and I'd vote for that at over 200m, Loose change for spirit and many other oiler's.
