15/1/2009 14:31 | Technically speaking (chartwise) we should head north from here £4-50 as a base line. | pyman

09/1/2009 16:48 | l and G still selling . Are they going to clean out the lot do you think? | pyman
07/1/2009 06:25 | They have already stated that the targets for acquisition are private companies..unlikely to be a quoted company such as Lamprell. | marvelman
07/1/2009 02:47 | are they sniffing at LAMPRELL. Theres a smell of something at lamprell, is it roses? or is some one HUNTING them. only 68p a few weeks ago, this past week jumped considerably | jimsbest
06/1/2009 20:02 | I stick with 700 by March but longterm may go higher. | dextroisomerism
05/1/2009 15:13 | Looks like L & G have given it a rest for now. | marvelman
05/1/2009 09:12 | OG Many thanks I agree. I took a chunk at 330 and 380 a few weeks ago on the Cap growth potential alone without even looking at the divi, still always nice to have. BM | blackm0nday
03/1/2009 19:45 | Interim divi (2.9p) was 21 November and the final is late June/early July. Divis have not been particularly exiting here. What we have been looking for is Capital growth. Ian. | old giggleswickian
03/1/2009 16:44 | Hi Guys Any regulers know when the Divi due dates are for this please. Many Thanks Stevie | blackm0nday
02/1/2009 12:52 | Reposted on correct thread | marvelman
24/12/2008 11:49 | dextrois - why ? | mr.oz
23/12/2008 08:35 | L & G quite obviously still pulling this down as they are on other companies I have seen | marvelman
20/12/2008 15:15 | Very disappointed to see the shares languishing at their current level, given the deal they've just pulled off. The weakening oil price is not helping and neither are L&G! At this price, they could easily be snapped up IMHO. | huggybear1954
18/12/2008 19:31 | I think they will bid for Lamprell | dextroisomerism
17/12/2008 10:43 | Jodi I share your disappointment with the reaction of the share price to the disposal, certainly I was hoping for a rise to £5.00. Htg appears to have three options in using the proceeds. Acquisitions Some return to the Shareholders Reduction of debt The temptation of acquiring undervalued assets may be irresistable, but I would prefer a reduction of debt. This will protect the share price in 2009, targets that appear cheap now will be even cheaper still in a years time.I think low geared companys will outperform next year. As a lth here, I hope the Board use these proceeds wisely. Whatever decision is taken, I am confident that we will receive a healthy increase in our dividend next year. IMHO etc | chris1604
16/12/2008 08:30 | I would expect this to move higher over the next few days. Even in more "normal" times, I have noticed that the market is sometimes surprisingly slow to price in good (and bad) news. After an initial rise, there may be some profit taking before the advance resumes as brokers catch on and revise their profit estimates and move their clients in. With the prospect that oil supplies will be cut, there is every reason to suppose that this will help. On the other hand, these are not "normal" times..... | jodi17qad |
