It's a pity this stock doesn't go up with gold as fast as it follows it down, as we are at the same level now as when gold was $1,650 so one would surmise that at close to $1,900 we would be a little higher as every $ up goes straight to the bottom line.

African sanctions on exports from Mali wouldn't impact HUM much as the Yanfolila gold primarily goes to the Bett's refinery and HUM have access to an airstrip just outside of the city.Sanctions could make importing plant machinery and parts more difficult and costly though, which could put a squeeze on their Q2 production targets

I'm more optimistic about the timescale for SC to complete given the volume of trading in the recent past.

Maybe, we can only guess now i suppose as the last update was triggered by a fall below the 3% threshold.


To add to the recent net selling and golden cross though, 10 day average volume is up circa 40% from 1.5 to 2.2 million.


From a TA point of view it does look like it's on the turn imo

Doubt SC will be out yet, but assuming they are selling out completely, it's getting closer. They have been patient in their selling so I think perhaps another 3 months, or sooner if we get good news and high buying volume. I think we'll know for sure when they have stopped selling when the share price starts moving up towards 29/30p region.

Interesting gold stock though, gold goes up towards new all time record highs HUM goes down, gold goes down HUM goes down.

Not doing much for the share price today though. Gold still rising as it finished when we closed. All gold stocks on my list bar 1, Hum down 1/4 on the bid. So looks like we need another $100 on gold before we see more upward movement. By then Will have sold out my others with a nice profit. I hope.

#PH, a golden cross or death cross is usually associated with the 50/200 SMA, I do not think you can read too much into the 20/80, but we will see how it plays out..

Nice to see Pasofino really cracking on with the drilling at Dugbe, a revised JORC for the 2 deposits looks promising, thick seams and shallow with much reduced stripping needed..
