22/6/2021 11:05 | Seems a remarkable coincidence that Resolution 10. is pitched at an almost identical amount to the outstanding Cassidy shares? | chipperfrd
22/6/2021 10:42 | All resolutions passed Note, Special Resolution 10: Authority to purchase own shares The maximum number of Ordinary Shares authorised to be purchased is 35,742,836; 22JUN2021 Buyback to resolve SC (less than 9m shares @ 20p, the cash equiv. of Cora sale) ? | golden prospect
22/6/2021 10:26 | There's a take over possibly, all this activity points towards an already agreed price.Remember we own Koroussa for free, getting free mining licences is not normally a precursor to bad news. | plat hunter
22/6/2021 10:22 | bishan - even under AIM rules, as soon as any corporate approach is confirmed as credible, they need to make an announcement to the market. If it was credible enough to suspend the Kouroussa deal, it should have been announced. Hence, not sure about a #4 but, being AIM, they may just ignore those rules. | lowtrawler
22/6/2021 10:16 | LT I would say that there is a chance that there is a #4 and some sort of corporate action is afoot. Though given this mob's historical performance I would agree that one of yours is more likely. | bishan bedi
22/6/2021 10:13 | LT, perhaps it's possible to use res #10 as a tool to support Cassidy Shares (if that happens) Await voxmarket podcast, a chance to get the low down. | golden prospect
22/6/2021 10:08 | PH, 4 weeks silence.......why? Every other company I have ever invested in would have made some form of announcement by way of explanation. Either: 1. They don't know what's going on 2. They're afraid to tell us what's going on 3. They don't value shareholder's enough to keep us informed I invested in HUM with my eye's open. I new they didn't have the best reputation for communication or transparency. Here, we have another example. I thought there were encouraging signs early this year that the management had finally taken criticism on board and would be more transparent and provide improved communication. | lowtrawler
22/6/2021 09:15 | Lowtrawler why????So far Koroussa doesn't earn anything, cost anything and as it stands we own the ML for free. As far as book value goes, it's not even included. This is much more exciting than worrying and looking like a TA to me. | plat hunter
22/6/2021 09:09 | LT, your opening paragraph sums up the mixed mood. For sure they are very good value sub 20p. Recall, the mining licence news for Kouroussa did no favours to the share price. Resolution 10 from the AGM has caught my attention, perhaps a good way to resolve SC. | golden prospect
22/6/2021 09:01 | I would be keen to top-up at current price levels but am concerned over the Kouroussa radio silence. The longer the silence continues, the more uncomfortable I become. To the extent, I'm even considering downsizing my current holding. Something doesn't smell right. They pulled the deal at the 11th hour without explanation and it is now 4 weeks on without any communication. It feels as though Kouroussa is about to be hit with some form of adverse communication. At the end of the day, HUM is worth far more than 20p even without Kouroussa but an adverse RNS will plunge our price, at least in the short-term. | lowtrawler
21/6/2021 23:40 | PH In answer to your question, quote:- "What's going on here?" You mean you don't know? I'm surprised because you tell us all the time you do. 40p by the end of December, remember? BTW, any news on the latest Vox interview? I'm sure he is scheduled to pull a few more unsuspecting punters in here. I thought a smart, savvy punter like you would know? | borderterrier1
21/6/2021 22:40 | ....And selling non core assets | plat hunter
21/6/2021 22:39 | Resolution No 10"Authorisation to buy own shares"Well that's a turn up, cash generative and delayed a placing? What's going on here? | plat hunter
21/6/2021 16:59 | PH You are embarrassingly quiet? Come to think of it, all the smart guys that keep telling us this is a good thing are also quiet. I wonder why? | borderterrier1

18/6/2021 19:59 | Well if the most recent share price history is anything to go by, we can expect a climb back up to 24p next week | plat hunter
