Am I the only investor that can see a problem here? Hum's free cash flow:-
2017 -47 million
2018 -5.7 million
2019 19.3 million
2020 est 31 million

SP after 5 years 50% of where it was as a field? So who's actually getting this "free" cash and SH value? Here's a clue:- It isn't the long suffering shareholders.

I'm becoming more and more convinced that BushyTailed is Del Boy. If what you say on the LSE bb is correct, where's the money going?

Biggles...Surely it's more a point of agreement rather than one of contention, no?Either it's a fake vacuous claim or an unrealistic and totally false belief. We all know they're a sandwich short of picnic. It's good that you are defensive about being percevied by their cut.

If you read my post correctly I said the issues not my issues. I do invest elsewhere as many on here invest in same companies

But then why would you invest in a company where you don't trust the management?Hope you don't have much exposure to other AIM companies if you think the BOD here can't be trusted.

Agree about issue of AISC which atm are higher than predicted, which has a reflection on trust in what management have published in the past, also management were either at best uninformed, or worst misleading, to shareholders wrt grades being mined in Q4 2020.

That said, it's also fair to credit management where they have got things right, mine build timings and costs, paying down debt, hiving off Dugbe to a very competent outfit but retaining control, Koroussa deal which looks a steal, and even BH looks a good investment now. I'm neutral overall on management.

Correct . The issues here are trust of management. However the underlying future seems sound albeit a relatively high aisc

The grades are 'as expected'
The mineralisation thickness is 'as expected'.

The drilling is all about moving gold from inferred to indicated and as such it is doing just that, so actually a positive RNS. If anyone was expecting bonanza grades then they don't understand what the drilling was intended to do.

The RNS in itself is neither here nor there wrt to buying or selling. It's just expected information, but certainly nothing in there is negative at all.

Grades are as expected, have a look at CRUX investor interview with Pasofino on their plans.HUM share price is more leveraged to market trust in management imo.

The Dugbe F resource is 43mt at 1.28g/t (1.77m oz), so grades from new drilling are obviously going to be similar.

This infill drilling is aimed at raising the inferred categorisation of resources into indicated and measured, ready for the DFS.

Notes to Editors - from Ballio(LSE)

Hummingbird Resources (AIM: HUM) is a leading multi-asset, multi-jurisdiction gold production, development and exploration company and member of the World Gold Council ("WGC"). Our vision is to continue to grow our asset base, producing highly profitable ounces, while central to all we do being our Environmental, Social & Governance ("ESG") policies and practices. The Company currently has two core gold projects, the Yanfolila Gold Mine in Mali, and the recently acquired Kouroussa Gold Project in Guinea. Further, the Company has a controlling interest in the Dugbe Gold Project in Liberia that is being developed by Pasofino Gold Limited through an earn-in agreement. Construction of the Yanfolila mine, was on time and on budget in December 2017 having produced to date in excess of 321 kozs (as end of December 2020). Mineable Reserves, as at 31 October 2019 Yanfolila were 7.9Mt of Reserve ore @ 2.66 g/t for 676,000ozs gold. At 31 March 2019 Yanfolila had a total Resource base (inclusive of Reserves) of 28Mt of Ore @ 2.23 g/t for 2,005,300ozs gold. The Kouroussa Gold Project has a Mineral Resource base of 1.18Moz @ 3.08 g/t, which we are working on to be fast tracked to production, adding an additional c.100,000 oz of gold per annum to the Company's production profile.

Feels a bit like a corporate underlining like we haven't seen before. The picture painted above suggests gold of 3.185m oz of gold now on the table between Yan and Kouroussa.. which will still grow.

Even at current AISC, that's years and years (15 years @ 130koz's for Yan alone) of profit from a NET DEBT position. I wanted to see this summary put forward.

Chill everyone, hold your tokens and enjoy the future...

Ballio
