24/1/2021 21:37 | From what I can see about a third of such warrants issued to BOD members have also since lapsed...Doesn't look like a dawn raid of shareholder finances to me | plat hunter
24/1/2021 21:34 | You're a true alturist, if I was Catholic I'd be calling for you to be canonised all day long. I know you're a bright fella Bravo, don't take my facetious remarks to heart, lifes to short. We're both cut from the same cloth at the end of the day. You see I'm also smart enough to realise that you don't give two hoots about 750k out of 25 million warrants being issued to staff... I mean who would, it's barely negligible? Results out next...Me thinks an altruistic individual may have ulterior motives. | plat hunter
24/1/2021 21:13 | Plat Hunter Other "shrewd investors" have been spouting utter garbage like you spout in your post above for five years. That's FIVE YEARS in case you missed it. But you're so smart perhaps you should try your hand at gold mining? You don't need any experience, anyone can do it. Ask Dynamite Dan. | borderterrier1
24/1/2021 21:11 | I’m well aware of all the conditions (as far as they spell them out - of course 1/3 aren’t detailed as they’re “individual221;), I’m well aware of notional value and exercise price but it seems you aren’t.
If you haven’t read the RNS from 27/2/20 as I’ve already pointed out to you, or you can’t understand it’s significance then I can’t be bothered to help you any further seeing as you’re so rude.
Perhaps some others will read and understand. Perhaps not. Perhaps some think it doesn’t matter. That’s their prerogative but for you to pretend I don’t understand to make yourself feel better seems like an unwise course of action when it’s your money, not mine, on the line. | jbravo2
24/1/2021 20:52 | Kenny,I've found it... checkout section 23 page 66 of the annual report 2018...Total value about 200k paid out to employees for completing on a licence... Looks like 1p is a notional value as they were issued as part of employee benefit scheme by the looks of it.I did some work for a retail platform once and upon completing a project i was offered warrants with a total notional value of £250. I later sold them for 17k.It's a way of remunerating performance without accruing employer liabilities. If J bravo and george really think 750,000 warrants issued to employees is a reason for failure then I'm speechless. | plat hunter
24/1/2021 20:25 | Jbravo...Are you & george getting confused with what ordinary shares of 1p means? They're not 1p warrants and there's around 25 million outstanding in total. | plat hunter
24/1/2021 20:05 | Kenny I’m amazed anyone on this board DOESN'T know about the share options they award themselves here.
1p shares. Disgraceful.
Check out the annual reports or the HIPPO details 27/2/20 announcement I think. Haven’t checked again in detail as I did it a long time ago. One of the main reasons this isn’t a long term hold. They’re swallowing the company despite their performance.
Outrageous.
They could crater the share price, halve it, as happened in the past and still be 1500% in the money. You, as a mere shareholder on the other hand... | jbravo2
24/1/2021 19:47 | *life of mine, i meant to say... But you get the gist. | plat hunter
24/1/2021 19:44 | 1p options ha ha haI actually have ukgeorge filtered, he's a first class wally. He doesn't even know the difference between rolling mine plan and size of resource.Ask him about it, it's classic | plat hunter
24/1/2021 19:30 | UKGeorge .. what 1p options ? Please clarify as have also forwarded to the company for comment . I am sick of being diluted by options on miners so am very interested to be shown the facts . | kennyp52
24/1/2021 15:17 | Frustrating but very likely sc selling has kept a constant lid on the share price Hope they run dry or stop selling soon | doc_oj
24/1/2021 14:15 | That doesn't even make sense, are you okay? | plat hunter
24/1/2021 14:08 | Plat Hunter I just did back it up but obviously you can't read? What don't you understand? As UKGeorge says:- "Perhaps they have spoken with the management and realise that they are not to be trusted". EXACTLY. Just like I did. But every cloud has a silver lining, right? When Dynamite Dan's superb management skills continue to elevate the shareholder value here in another few weeks when this is back down to 20p you can buy some more. Have a nice day. | borderterrier1
24/1/2021 13:58 | Plat you have only been a holder here for a few weeks, in a few months when the management has failed on multiple fronts you might start to realise that any hope of these being a multipagger are delusional.Last year, they missed production guidance in 3 out of 4 quarters. We still wait for the increase in r&r. The new project.... Is stuck waiting for a license. With no real news, how long will this take. Is there a feasiblity study?Any day now they will announce the new hippo plan, I suggest you read how the company is being stolen from under you in 1p options. It's funny how people on this forum blame SC for the lack of a rise in the share price. Instead they should be asking why is the largest shareholder determined to sell. Perhaps they have spoken with management and realise that they are not to be trusted. | ukgeorge
24/1/2021 13:40 | Lol what a surprise BT can't back up something he claims. On the subject of five years ago, I'd just like to thank you for all that hard earned cash so i disn't have too ;-P | plat hunter
24/1/2021 13:31 | Plat Hunter Post 9792 3rd January. You said a fortnight but originally it was a week. I guess you must have edited it, I have the screenshot. Either way, that would be 20 days ago so you were wrong. As always. I notice Tones 77777 isn't spouting any more garbage? I wonder why?
BTW why don't you have the balls to call the "management" here as I did? Ask them where's the shareholder value that Dynamite Dan promised five years ago? | borderterrier1
24/1/2021 12:12 | Border, when did I say by the end of the week?
Copy and paste the exact post here you sad munter | plat hunter
24/1/2021 10:43 | The end of the week of the next update (likely next week)
How will you then sell your ADR’s | replicas1967
23/1/2021 21:23 | Plat Hunter I have a question. When you said "40p by the end of the week" which week did you mean? | borderterrier1
22/1/2021 16:24 | Runway complete, first flight took place in December 2020. | aimsurfer
22/1/2021 15:48 | Bishan, thanks. It can certainly be frustrating waiting for a good story to be reflected in the share price I waited 3-4 years in AAU with scant return for a £65k+ investment then it came good and I banked (from memory) a profit of around £15k+ and have a free carry now on another £50k.
HUM are actually doing more than fine. If there was no guidance and they reported 100k production for 2020 with $80m gross profit we'd all be thinking this is great. But because of the issues, which are well reported, coup/Covid/closed borders, it's seen as a disappointment because it's 10%-20% off what they hoped to do.
Hum still have a great story going fwd with exploration at Yani/Kouroussa/Dugbe and even the stakes in BH and Cora look good for the long haul. I've no problem saying I've stuck £80k in here at average of 29.45p, and I trade a little bit now and then. I'm looking to double my money then start taking profits. Baring a collapse in POG or geo issues then imo it'll happen in the next 18-24 months. Worth the wait, but yes, frustrating at times. | temujiin
22/1/2021 15:01 | That's an interesting thought, they did say they were having to fly in certain parts due to borders being closed because of the coup. | plat hunter
