Cannot seem to find BNKR on the CSE. Can anyone enlighten me as to how to track the BNKR SP?

Bunker Hill Mining Corporation (the “Company”; or “Bunker”) (CSE:BNKR) is pleased to announce that two key investors in the Company have agreed to (separately) increase their investments, for gross proceeds of CAD$1,379,304. Firstly, the investment by an arm’s length investor (Hummingbird Resources PLC (“Hummingbird”) announced June 19, 2018 will increase from USD$1,500,000 (“Initial Amount”) to USD$2,000,000 (“Principal Amount”) by an investment of USD$500,000 (“Additional Amount”). The Company and Hummingbird have entered into an amended and restated convertible loan agreement evidencing the increase in the Principal Amount, in addition to a deed of warrant whereby the Company will grant Hummingbird 1,167,143 share purchase warrants, entitling it to acquire 1,167,143 common shares of Bunker at a price of CAD$0.45 per share, expiring 24 months from the date of issuance. Completion of the increased investment by Hummingbird is conditional upon completion of the increased investment by Gemstone 102 Ltd. set out below.

On the trading front, we need MMs to move to 28p bid or at least 27.75p to encourage some larger size buying.

They were giving 27.815p earlier for sells, a few more buys since

I'd rather they spent the money on share buy backs (yes I know they can't yet)

I guess Hum making a bid is only a matter of time. BH Has 40M shares in issue, if they pay C$1/share that will be US$30M

The estimated cost of developing the mine is US$90M assume they do debt and equity likely need to stump up another US$30M cash and raise US$60M for the remainder.

Then the mine can be developed over 2 years all on time, on budget, reach commercial production and become cash flow positive and we can look forward to an announcement of a arms length investment in turnip farming project in Papua New Guinea with a great roce.....

"The terms of the amended and restated convertible loan agreement with Hummingbird are substantially the same as those of the convertible loan agreement summarized in the Company’s news release dated June 19, 2018, except:
(...)
(D) a provision requiring the Company to pay cash to Hummingbird in lieu of the issuance of a number of common shares exerciseable under the loan and warrant agreements where such issuance will result in it holding more than 9.999% of the Company's issued common shares, will no longer apply in instances where Hummingbird acquires any interest in common shares in the Company pursuant to
(i) accepting a general take-over offer for the entire issued share capital of the Company;
(ii) accepting a tender offer or partial offer where the offeror may come to hold 30% or more of the Company’s outstanding shares
(iii) accepting a general offer for the share capital of the Company pursuant to a scheme of arrangement, a plan of arrangement or any merger or amalgamation;
(iv) executing an irrevocable commitment, deed or undertaking to accept an offer referred to in (i) to (iii) above;
(v) pursuant to an issuer bid by the Company; and

(E) in the event that Hummingbird holds more than 10% of the issued and outstanding shares of the Company subsequent to the exercise of any of its convertible securities held under the placement, it shall have the right to appoint one director to the board of Bunker, and where it holds in excess of 5%, it shall be entitled to appoint and remove an observer to attend all board meetings."

zeberdie the sicko chimes in again. please let me spell it out for you. "Somebody" pumps the price of this up. Perhaps it was somebody the SAME somebody that the FBI investigated for pump and dump schemes? DYOR. Investors jump on it because of this. Now they have lots of shares that they have lost money on. So they negotiate a low price with a BROKER (still listed as Beaufort Securities at Hargreaves Landsdown BTW) buy a bunch and the share price goes up. Two days later they sell again. Price goes down. Get it now? It isn't rocket science.

Fsj. Not hoping it will go down and I never have. I'm just pointing out that unlike you, I am rational about what is happening here. Engaging in wishful thinking, the power of thought and endless speculation doesn't alter the fact that this is being cross traded to keep the share price down. But WTF do I know? According to you guys nothing.
But this ain't my first rodeo. As I said, lets see what happens by Friday. Hopefully, I will eat my words but I doubt it.

What a strange investor wishing and willing your own investment to go down!!! Couldn't give two hoots ya poo pipe sucker.......if it goes down again c'est la vie - I have my own strategy in play and if it goes lower i will buy some more. I am looooooong looooong term so i can happily wait until next year when we are well rid of the 20's and 30's and moving forward with the next asset and LOM extension and so on and so on............you defo don't hold stock here!
