Funny how some concerns get suddenly more concern-y as the share price drops....

M&G are a large buyer. They are just patient. Somebody has been hoovering up all the sells, the MMs don’t keep them as stock. IIs are savy, they don’t announce their intentions as that would disadvantage them.

Darola. Not sure that a 'successful investor' is one like FSJ - who'se been ramping HUM all the way down from 35p ! He was told how to 'research' HUM and its prospects back in my post 2758 (Feb 28) But he thinks 'seeing the gold actually pour' etc etc is key to all knowledge and wisdom ! And he also thinks (it seems) that because a co has 'achieved all it said it would' that makes it a screaming buy. In fact, real, savvy, investors know that is the point to take any profit, and to stand aside. More tips available if required !

I have a three year timeline on HUM. I’m 12 months in. Do I like where are - absolutley not. But do I believe that we will be significantly higher than here next year. Absolutley yes.

Had a response from HUM to say all is good.

“As we know all our fundamentals look very good and the business is operating to plan and very well”

Sold 50% yesterday because it hit my stop.

Did I sell because I don't believe this a good company with solid management? No
I sold because I believe I will be able to buy back lower down.

If the share price does go back above 30p then at least I make money on my 50%. If it gets to 25p I will buy back my 50%.

Whatever your strategy, just ensure you sleep at night!

Agreed that the long term potential is amazing but the short term geopolitical unrest, increasing insurgents in the north, the fact that Canada are going in to Mali on a peace keeping mission, the trade war with usa and China hammering the mining and retail sectors are all affecting the selling price. For me the management are delivering on the fundamentals! But it is the external factors that are creating uncertainty for me, mainly the political, the country is potentially at boiling point.....if this calms down this will help everyone's cause ie the price bit until the political situation calms there will be unrest! ITS THE POLITICAL UNREST REALLY AFFECTING THE PRICE in my opinion

A ramp is something that is unsubstantiated - I use facts and figures. If you would like to debate my posts with intelligent comments and counter arguments with substance I’m more than happy to engage. I can’t be something I’m not, I have huge belief in HUM and have a substantial six-figure investment to support that.

Tempted to buy more shares to balance out my HUM investment, bought at 31.5p. My key question is when will the share price hit the bottom before recovering (I have no doubt of its huge potential for the long term).

Darola / FSJ - just a question! I respect your views of HUM and am grateful that someone spends so much time researching and investigating companies they hold and sharing that with others. However they are always super positive and come across as a ramp to attract other investors to the share. I'm a holder so don't disagree with the majority of posts but wish they would be a bit more balanced and slightly less bullish!

FSJ - like me - is just an optimistic and bullish PI. My profile is very similar. Twitter and bulletin board posts talk up my investment - using facts, and forecasts that I can substantiate. As s hobby FSJ likes to research and share that research by writing fact based papers. Because he puts that effort in he is a successful investor. But to suggest he is paid because he posts positively is utterly ridiculous.

There is an element of self fulfilling prophecy here, slag your investment off and then wonder why people are selling and nobody is buying. I’m not blind, there are risks. And when I have concerns I write to HUM and they respond - not many AIM companies would do that. I don’t moan and post negativity that would harm my investment.

28p on the bid.

So much for Peter prowler's "fantastic results" the other day.

22p is a cert.

Could go even lower than that.

FSJ - I like reading your posts but i'd like to know whether you have ever been paid by Hummingbird to produce extremely bullish tweets, posts, reports etc. ?
