Zebs! Good to hear from you. I hope you don't mind me calling you that? I must say I'm not that struck on Durham. I had a tough time a few years ago negotiating the bends in the multi story car park there when I renewed my passport a few years ago. They just don't make road wide enough or the spaces big enough for Range Rovers do they? I prefer Hexham, in fact I own property there, opposite the Tescos at the bottom of the steep hill that goes up to the town square with the nice cathedral and antique shops? I'm sure you know it? But I prefer it where I am now. Perhaps I'll go to my condo in Colorado for a few weeks if it gets too hot!

Yes, I'm over 70 years old. But as I sit here by my pool, writing, eating a peach and watching the hummingbirds flit in and out of my orange trumpet vine I don't think I've done too badly. Off on the boat later, grouper are biting and they taste real good.

new_buyer AKA Jibbo. A share price can be manipulated by cross-trading. Please look the explanation of that up on the Internet. IMO this has been cross traded for months now and a share buy back could halt the cross trading, or most of it. But it looks like "somebody" doesn't want that to happen. And please don't try to put words in my mouth.
The CONSPIRACY and the Bod are "in on it" are not my words, they are yours. Alternatively, please show me where I have said that?

What they could be planning is a merger with bunker hill, then they get a tsx listing and justify it that the idaho mine just needs funding which HUM will be able to do and it is all win win.

Just a thought.

I hope that is way of the mark.... BH is down 9% today so very unlikely

Borderterrier you said a few days ago that you/we had all been screwed so the question for you to detail what makes you think there are dark forces at work here so no generalisations, what makes you think that for over a year now this share price has been manipulated so how and why you feel that the management has not done enough to support the share price in your eyes? Have the management lied to you/us and on what?

From the mining journal interview

This sums the Bunker Hill deal up for me and explains the 20% fall since the cracking q2 results.

bookwormrobert - To be fair mate, at the moment with limited knowledge of HUMs intentions or deal parameters, i have nothing to fear. If it is a deal that has relatively low risk but high return then i am in full support. If it is a dog and could cause no end of problems for HUM and its shareholders then i simply do not want to be part of it. However, HUM are doing a strong phase of DD and they will make the right decision once they are fully versed with all the facts around the deal.

I think it is right to have concerns as we investigate BH ourselves but we dont know the particulars and we need to trust in the BOD that their DD will unearth all the skeletons and then that they will make the very best and right decision to walk away if not good or take on board if lucrative.

All i am saying is at the moment im comfortable with HUM investigating more ways to return value to me and us as shareholders.

Fair comment BT - But the manner in which you put your points across is abysmal. I am all for reasoned debate and negativity that is founded on fact and truth or patterned suspicion of how other stocks have maybe been manipulated or suffered. Its not about me not listening it has always been about the frustration of the manner of your posts.

Anyway you probably don't care, i get that it is easy to sit behind a keyboard and wind people up, it must be quite fun otherwise we wouldn't see this happening.

All everyone wants on here is to make some money from an investment, we arent here to socialise, we have a common goal. Sometimes long and short positions create the contempt that is written on here of course.
