12/6/2007 14:06 | Quotes As a matter of interest, how do you get that info? Is it through trial and error with dummy trades? | orange1
12/6/2007 12:47 | 7.25p mid price bid for 100k v 7.5p offer for 7500 online. L2 3 v 1. | quotes_4_u
12/6/2007 11:33 | Struggling now online. 6.88p bid (mid price) for 100k v 7.25p full offer for just 5k. So i'm expecting a switch soon by the mm on the offer. | quotes_4_u
12/6/2007 11:19 | Add my 25k at 7.16p orange to that. I'm must be mad but it's T20 and after that large premium buy and considering the small market cap i thought it's worth a punt. Purely a trade on momentum and stakebuilding. | quotes_4_u
12/6/2007 11:15 | Very true - my reading of the trades to date is 200k buys and 50k sales. | orange1
12/6/2007 11:01 | 155k at 7.75p. Naturally the mm's drop the price after such a large premium buy to try and hope/pray they get some sellers. Watching but no position as of yet. | quotes_4_u
12/6/2007 09:29 | Impressive ! They did sod all when i held them, lets hope that the company this time around when they sound the bullish tones they actually mean it and make some money this time. But fair play for holding on orange... | quotes_4_u
12/6/2007 09:19 | What you could read here yesterday, you can read today in the Times Tiddler to Watch column. Up 12% today. | orange1
11/6/2007 11:15 | Interesting ... Resource Solutions Group Plc, the "5th largest independent resourcing group in the UK" has disclosed that following the purchase of 550k shares on 24.5.07 they now own 4.16% of Highams. Will they be stopping there? | orange1
01/5/2007 10:59 | noticed over the last month that there has been some shares changing hands behind the scenes, with also directors buying, a new director ,it is all looking well for the year end. | dickyno1
01/5/2007 10:17 | the company seems to be undervalued in the short term lookong for a valuation of 3.5 million. | dickyno1
01/5/2007 10:14 | looking for a valuation of 3.5 million on this one. | dickyno1
02/4/2007 09:34 | New boy was granted options last week. The conditions for exercise make interesting reading: "All options are exercisable at any time between 30 March 2010 and 30 March 2017 subject to the audited gross profit figure of the Company for the financial year ended 31 March 2008 being in excess of #600,000 greater than the audited gross profit figure of the Company for the financial year ended 31 March 2007. In the event that the above gross profit figure to 2008 is not achieved, one third of the option shall instead vest on an increase in gross profit of #500,000 or more." Gross Profit in 2004 was 1627k, in 2005 1713k and in 2006 2112k. If the options are exercisable only if Gross Profit in 2008= 2007 Gross Profit + 600k we seem to be well on our way to a very decent net profit in 2008 and hopefully a much hiigher share price. | orange1
16/2/2007 18:27 | This share is going nowhere, untill the RSNs from the directors amount to real profits.Investors need proof AVOID.Long term might be interesting. | vuelands
15/2/2007 17:47 | Here's an encouraging article about the new boy at the top Dave Pye, with very positive noises about current trading: | orange1
20/12/2006 07:59 | Vuelands Perhaps you could substantiate your wild allegations by indicating which "totally misleading statements" you believe the directors have made. If you can't, your post may be "very damaging" for your own "future prospects". LOL! PS Always a bit risky posting at 23:27. As a cop once said to me: "Been a long day, sir?" | orange1
19/12/2006 23:27 | The more I look at this the more I consider that these directors should be censored for totally misleading the market. I intend to make a request to the authorities for a full enquiry. Lets see if Suffolk Life start buying again, perhaps taking advantage. No matter what, this is very damaging to the future prospects for the share price as no one can trust anything the company says again. Just another example why investors are running away from the AIM market, while the authorities fail to get a real grip of the situation. | vuelands
19/12/2006 13:39 | It would'nt take much of a improvement to swing from a loss to a profit and with a market cap of under 2 million the shares could easy rocket if it happens. But i'm sick of all these aim stocks with their misleading statements, one by one i'm getting out, all i have left now is Dvs and that is pretty frienless thesedays, glad i dont have to sit here all day watching a screen for a miracle. | quotes_4_u
19/12/2006 13:34 | Gross profit % was 13.1%, up from 12.1% in the equivalent period last year. Unfortunately, turnover was down quite a bit, which wiped out the benefit of this small improvement in margin. To be an attractive proposition they need to substantially increase turnover whilst maintaining margins at 13% plus, OR they need to improve gross margins, to a minimum of 15%. | wiganer
19/12/2006 13:25 | The company is however moving in the right direction: higher margin work coupled with organic growth. The new guy seems just the man to spearhead the push for organic growth. | orange1
19/12/2006 09:25 | Not at all impressed with these figures, nor is the market it seems, very poor. | vuelands
19/12/2006 08:42 | Their gross profit margin seems extraordinarily low for a business of this type. | wiganer
19/12/2006 07:58 | I was expecting better than that, dont understand what all the bullish rns's were about when they still cant get into profit on all that turnover. I'm sure it will come good but i'm not going to wait, i'd rather go on holiday with the money instead of waiting till 2010 for something to happen. | quotes_4_u
19/12/2006 07:24 | The results are none too exciting but the tone is definitely bullish and I like the look of New Boy. I will continue to hold. Could be in for some excitement at last. Happy Birthday, quotes! | orange1 |
