I really wonder why Tosca are selling this now at just a fraction of it's potential. Maybe they have redemptions

Speedy hire reported today. H1 underlying ebit 16m vs HSs at 17m. Market cap 300 plus vs HSs 120. Debt burdens look similar if not lower now at HSs post the asset sales.

Almost back to where it was, I guess given Brexit on course to reduce GDP by 4% setting the economy back 10 years it does make sense.

It reminds me of AA floated by VcT/pe at ridiculous price with debt, share price run down to bottom, refinanced at low share price by existing large holders, next taken private 35-40p re floated in 3-4 years new name very profitable but will be loaded with debt and do it all again imho dyor

As someone who got massively burnt by buying into the IPO at £2.10 and then exiting at what seemed like a disastrous 90p, I understand the scepticism.
Take a look at Serco, a large FTSE 250 company, its share price is lower today than it was 5 years ago despite being in a massively better financial position and having recently restarted paying a dividend.
The market has a long memory and will not give companies like Serco and HSS the benefit of the doubt.
Personally I am once again tempted to put some money in here given the huge financial boost they will receive from the refinancing.

Dealt .
I think too many shares are tucked away with the institutions & finance companies to kick of a T/O.

But I may be wrong.
