Les actionnaires ont approuvé la désignation de Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, HSBC et Unicredit comme chefs de file pour l'opération, tandis que Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs et JPMorgan seront coordinateurs conjoints, selon Sky News.
