ISSUANCE OF SENIOR UNSECURED NOTES
HSBC Holdings plc has today issued US$2,000,000,000 0.976% Fixed Rate/Floating Rate Senior Unsecured Notes due 2025 (the '2025 Notes') and US$3,000,000,000 2.804% Fixed Rate/Floating Rate Senior Unsecured Notes due 2032 (the '2032 Notes' and, together with the 2025 Notes, the 'Notes') pursuant to an indenture dated 26 August 2009 (as amended or supplemented from time to time and as most recently amended and supplemented by a twenty-first supplemental indenture dated 24 May 2021).
Application will be made to list the Notes on the New York Stock Exchange.
