Watch out for a big trade at some point in coming days/weeks That will be the signal The thing is we know BFS is coming , it is the news after that will move the price more so .. like dent/equity and off take news | jailbird
09/7/2018 15:55 | Twig was right about the 130k seller Still around Wonder why the seller sells likes that figure | jailbird
09/7/2018 15:05 | Yes it's possible .There's a risk,if HZM is near the bottom of the valuation model, then Brazilian Nickel will only draw attention to the relative cheapness of Horizonte. | steeplejack
09/7/2018 14:26 | It did spring to mind yes. Nickel seems to be rebounding this afternoon. | charles clore
09/7/2018 14:05 | Are you thinking the IPO for Brazilian nickel? | coldspring
09/7/2018 14:01 | From the way these have been sold down recently it would appear someone may be freeing up cash for the IPO with a view to buying back afterwards with the profits. | charles clore

09/7/2018 08:02 | The (nickel)sector is facing a “structural deficit” Other Points:Brazilian Nickel will build a small processing plant before full funding of $465m through debt and equity. They’ve also attracted Anglo Pacific who’ll put $70m towards the development costs(franchise agreement I guess but why aren’t they with Horizonte like the old days!)The company also has an off take agreement with metals trader Traxys which will contribute $15m. Mr Oxley said these deals were a “validation&rd | steeplejack

09/7/2018 07:42 | Page 14 of the Business section of the Daily Telegraph comments on planned IPO for Brazilian Nickel on AIM next month.Such plans would appear to fully endorse Horizonte’s project and,by comparison perhaps, emphasise its attractions. “Brazilian Nickel will look to raise $30m (£23m) in an initial public offering on London’s junior Aim market later this month, and put the money towards a full feasibility study of its Piauí Nickel project, which it hopes to have in production by 2021. Nickel is widely used in batteries for electric vehicles and it is thought demand will outstrip supply over the next few years as manufacturers ramp up production of next-generation cars. Around $85m has already been spent on developing the project in north-east Brazil, the lion’s share by its previous owner, mining giant Vale. $465m The full cost of the Piauí Nickel mine project in Brazil, which Brazilian Nickel hopes to fund through debt and equity It is thought Piauí Nickel could annually produce around 25,000 tons of nickel and 900 tons of cobalt, another metal that is in high demand for batteries but has limited supply. Mike Oxley, chief executive, said the “timing was right” to bring the mine to market after five years of development.”D | steeplejack
08/7/2018 09:01 | Twigs, interesting point. Glencore (Xstrata) will receive “USD 1,000,000 after the date of issuance of a joint feasibility study for the Enlarged Project area, to be satisfied in HZM Shares (at the 5 day volume weighted average price taken on the tenth business day after the date of such issuance) or cash, at the election of Horizonte”. I assume hzm would prefer to reserve cash for working capital? | hobs
06/7/2018 18:40 | Hobs - my understanding is you don’t have to whilst you are still in the process of selling. | wooster4
06/7/2018 17:59 | This isn't a stock to sell now for me as am under water, avg is 4.25. If it drops much lower though then other stocks are getting to sold to average down as it will come back and much more. Have a great weekend! Come on England! | coldspring
06/7/2018 17:47 | Nickel prices falling as well, however LME stocks are still falling. Trump tariff affect happening but not sure drop can be maintained if LME stocks are still falling | jailbird
06/7/2018 16:22 | I really don't understand why a TR-1 hasn't been released - very frustrating but I think most shareholders realise the potential of the company's assets and won't be intimidated into panic selling. | hobs
06/7/2018 16:17 | Teck seems more likely as they are major shareholder and one of the NEDs works for them. | mustbefunny
06/7/2018 14:58 | Or glencore and Teck working together both have a large interest in the project and also glencore are about to receive £1mil in cash or shares on FS release in think. | twigs3
06/7/2018 14:54 | bet your bottom dollar its glencore | strow
06/7/2018 14:11 | craigieboy, Agree with you there, I think it's tactical, as I can't understand why you would drip feed all these sells. Would the aim be to keep a low share price for a few months to justify a bid price based on the say last 3 month average share price Any views on the front, anyone? | uapatel
06/7/2018 11:47 | There seems little option but to wait and see what unfolds. Most companies thrive on good market fundamentals and news of progress. We have all of that in abundance, yet someone is selling. Can only think it's tactical, no other logical explantaion I can think of. | craigieboy1
06/7/2018 11:07 | Yes I agree 4p is (for the moment) a decent looking entry point. | charles clore
06/7/2018 10:37 | I always see the book lighten up on ask at 4p so think any remaining seller is at that level so could be a good reload levelI added 245k at 4p last week | maverick247
06/7/2018 10:10 | Yep 130k trades I noticed about 8 weeks ago they were regular. | twigs3 |
