26/6/2018 11:02 | Stranger and stranger it gets guys. Best position the company has ever been in but no market value to suggest this is the case. Large and persistent sales for months but with no RNS. It's counter intuitive! | craigieboy1
26/6/2018 10:59 | The strike price has been low too often .. manipulation or the market does not believe the story yet?It looks to be one of the best junior miners around but others are priced higher!! | jailbird
26/6/2018 10:32 | Half a million currently offered at 4.2p. (Only bidding on quote and deal for 100/- at 4.1p) I haven’t come across anything quite like this before.A persistent seller over many weeks but no holdings RNS.Speculation of shorting which would be pretty unusual given a market capitalisation of well under £100m and tightly held sizeable institutional holdings.Furthermore The company might know what’s going on here.Certainly, the NOMAD should know the identity of the seller and what his intention is.As I posted a month back,I won’t be buying anymore here until I think I’ve got a handle on what the hell’s going on.The company’s low ball options striking price didn’t do anything to help of course but is pretty irrelevant. I’m no chartist but technically,it looks like this stock could revisit the 3.8p level | steeplejack
26/6/2018 10:10 | Shareholders have to approve it - they could sing for 10p as far as im concernedEnd of | maverick247
26/6/2018 09:58 | Shorting creates a lack of confidence in a company which it often struggles to recover. Shorting is a tool for market manipulators and is wrong! | charles clore
26/6/2018 09:49 | mbf, The offer is based on valuation the BoD and ALL large shareholders will accept. How will shorting make the offer lower than it's worth? | jailbird
26/6/2018 09:46 | My crystal ball says large shareholder shorting this in order to make lowball offer of around 10p after FS | mustbefunny
26/6/2018 09:39 | someone buys 500k..and not flinch..some serious overhang here... my crystal ball says another 2-3 weeks and someone should take the remainder in a chunk | jailbird
26/6/2018 09:37 | All over here :-) | jailbird
24/6/2018 09:39 | Good find Twigs and an interesting read. | craigieboy1
23/6/2018 09:34 | When you read articles like this it makes you realise funding going forward isn’t going to be an issue. | twigs3
22/6/2018 15:53 | Thanks Raymund. | salmonn1
22/6/2018 15:36 | Im seeing barely any stock at 4.30 may try and test this | maverick247
22/6/2018 14:44 | salmonn1, your in-depth analysis is an excellent summary of current 'state of play' with which I completely concur. Along with some others on this thread, I first invested 2011 to then briefly to see share price go to 30p! It is interesting to look at a mining maven write up of 2012 when HZM had just done the deal with Teck to join Araguaia to its own Lontra prospect, a deal which JM called "transformational" (as it was in shifting focus from Au to Ni). To quote further from mining maven 'JM has a clear development path and is working to a timetable of a BFS in 2013 and production by 2016'. Since then, of course, the word 'transformational' has justly applied to the very many stages which have brought us to where we are now with the utmost confidence now that we will see BFS (five years delayed!!!!) before 2018 is out. Semantics on how 'middle of year' is defined hardly matter to those of us who have had the patience of many years now. I trust JM to deliver BFS with a timing to maximum advantage even if that is post August! | raymund
22/6/2018 13:44 | Famous last words L2 is 2v1.. not the best , few more on the bid needed .Realize L2 is for traders really .. MMs are not true or transparent with their prices | jailbird
22/6/2018 13:01 | Level 2 looking v good a few more buys and should be blue | maverick247
22/6/2018 12:47 | Indeed cragie | maverick247
22/6/2018 11:50 | It certainly seems that way Mav, been saying it for a few months now but given up analysing it, roll on end of year with solid BFS and licensing completed, then to the deal for finance or potential for an offer... | craigieboy1
22/6/2018 11:33 | Nickel up 2.2% that comical sell is below bid tooSomeone wants to keep her down ? | maverick247
22/6/2018 11:24 | It will be interesting to see how the Trump growing trade wars impact global trade in commodities and in particular Nickel. Anyone's guess but it's certainly not predictable. Pricing could potentially become more regional. | craigieboy1
22/6/2018 10:46 | Here are other alternatives HZM could follow hxxps://www.miningre | jailbird
22/6/2018 10:44 | Thanks Twig. Here is recent loan and offtake agreement by Telson Resoures ( TSX). Something HZM could also replicate, but not sure what options JM is looking at hxxps://www.thenewsw | jailbird
22/6/2018 10:24 | Here you go JB also explains why JM is leaving off take after FS, an off take investor is also often linked to the loan it’s self. | twigs3
22/6/2018 09:22 | More likely fixed else why bother but ultimately it could be anything | maverick247
22/6/2018 09:15 | My understanding is it’s a % discount on LME price | twigs3 |
