08/9/2017 17:57 | Lol !!!!!!!!!!!! PM's are down an insignificant $2. Get real FFS. Miners are where the real crime is taking place - not the metal. | eeza

08/9/2017 16:46 | That chartist said 2 visits back to $1300 .. this might be the first, then the more serious one around $1378. I think we may be at the start if the first visit back here. After that it's launchpad time if only it were that easy right ! | onedayrodders

08/9/2017 14:00 | Whatever they want done , they will do - because they can | juju44
08/9/2017 13:59 | Well, I'm guessing that PMs are going to be smashed this afternoon. I think they'll try to get silver back under $18. Base metals have already taken a tumble. | february 30th
08/9/2017 13:52 | If my short term memory is up to much these days (not a lot, according to the Mrs), then we were dependent on the post-New York opening to steer this from lows yesterday a.m. to the rises we saw later. Surely the Yanks can't be calling the shots and actually on the bid for PMs and related investments for once, or twice even? Lol. It does seem with USD/JPY down to 107.5 we have a very nervous Wall Street, anxious too about NK's latest Bon mots saying US Ambassador Haley will "pay the price for her tongue-lashing" of them with her "begging for war" stance. What exactly that really means is anyone's guess of course but as has been pointed out this weekend is the founding day, 9th, of NK and more launches might be on the cards... Topicel | topicel
08/9/2017 13:13 | Are PM miners being sold off? GDX has had a great month. | february 30th
08/9/2017 13:03 | It's all starting to kick off. The world's going wappy. And PM miners being sold off - Lol !!!!! You couldn't make it up. | eeza
08/9/2017 12:42 | yep you pays your money and takes your chances | onedayrodders
08/9/2017 12:38 | ODR, if a trade is your temptation then IMHO this will zig zag again to the new highs of the year. Whether or not it then returns back to, say, £2.80-3.00 is equally anyone's guess but, if this all happens within the previous timescale of 4-6 weeks after the dip (this has been 3 weeks since 16 August post results sell-off) then buying now is wise still. Aside from the obvious long term sense! Personally, as debt ceiling nonsense has been pushed into the December long grass, we probably won't see any more fall backs in PMs or HOC in 2017 of the magnitude of early ones. Just my latest musings as the yen strengthens of course! Topicel | topicel |
