No more awards under 10p = very reassuring. Staff incentive plan. ''Going forward, any staff remuneration above fixed contractual entitlements will be primarily achieved by the participation in a new share option scheme, as opposed to cash bonuses. When implemented, this scheme will be vigorously tested against the financial performance of Highlands and specifically our share price. Details will be announced in due course but I want to be clear that no staff awards will be made at a price below 10 pence per share prior to today's placing, being the most recent price at which the Company issued new equity, and, in addition, any awards will only vest if Highlands meets the exceptional performance that we expect of our business. A low MCAP main market listed company who are expanding internationally in a lucrative market must come to the attention to serious investors / bigger players. The forthcoming availability on OTC for US investors will also bring liquidity. One can speculate on who the HNWI are - but I believe they've gone to sticky hands and have seen significant value for 350k @ 6.9p.

Does anyone add CBD to vape liquids? It may not work like proper weed but I bet it would sell by the ton!Also, has anyone here actually tried this stuff? Looks great and love the logo on the UK website, despite the fact the products are "coming soon"

Amongst other thing I'd personally like to hear something with regards to this, "The group is in talks with a specialist distributor that has access to retail stores in the UK." before the AGM. We already know our product Is cheaper and superior than some of what the major retailers are selling. Shouldn't be too difficult to strike a deal.

jaknife, kemche - you need to find yourself another victim/company. HNR already won. They have made brilliant strategic move to Hemp(CBD+seeds). They've got so many things to sale now than even 1/3 of it will go as planned they will make sh* load of money.
