In his capacity as the company's ex broker did he consult with shareholders before raising money on PrimaryBid? As the broker could he not raise the money via the brokerage- one of the primary jobs of a broker surely?

I have not mentioned seed sales but this, along with the wholesale revenue of CBD, particularly from the outdoor crop finishing in late September, are the big revenue points. Very briefly, half the theoretical 15 million indoor seeds sold at $1 per seed would make an ENORMOUS difference to this small company. If they achieve this or anything close to it the share price will be many multiples of where it is today. We are led to believe that feminised hemp seeds of proven provenance will be in very high demand and my seed price may actually prove to be too conservative.

So, there are many revenue streams joining together here but it is all hard to calculate revenue from them without sales figures. The purpose of this I suppose is to show that even modest sales would drive enough revenue to stop the requirement for further cash injection or the dreaded dilution.

Zoetic tinctures are now on sale on the Leafy Quick Website. They are very premium and very expensive. This gives me some pause, but does show they are placing themselves at the very top of the market. If they sell in any volume, we will be laughing. If they sell in a modest way, we will be doing well. If LQ could contribute $500 profit per day to HNR, which would amount to not a great number of sales at all, then another $15,000 per month would be achieved. If it sells well…. Boom! Then you have sales from the direct portal. Then you have sales in the UK. I hope they announce that UK distributor in the coming days.
