Good price level for the placing, and I do wonder too if the 'single investor' begins with an H... Their senior VP did at least seem quite pleased when quoted in the preliminary results RNS.

catious valuations which still give upside are preferred. they could potentially have numerous wells that arent as successful or various other things that reduces the return. looks good for now though

I bought a nice wedge after that fantastic rns. The fundamentals are getting stronger on a weekly basis here and I expect that the share price will follow it.

40p plus in the coming weeks imo

Any valuation is always difficult money4me one thing is clear £30m is cheap.

From your valuation I would comment oil currently $55

600bopd probably low

Potentially we have 70% w.i on many of the wells as we stand if we dropped to 50% all in I suspect we would be fully funded at which point 50% decline for year one would be too high.

Well would not stop producing at the end of year 1

Company has several other assets.

I get some people maybe in at 12p and a profit is a profit but why sell something that is massively undervalued. more than happy to hold long term

anyone a view on the valuation. at 600 bopd from a well with 50% interest and $50barrel it looks like $15,000 day per well. so perhaps $5m per well if it was a year at that rate. 24 wells is then $120m. Possibly reduce by 50% to cover funding/ lower production etc. Still some upside

Coming up very nicely. And assuming they still have it choked back, so all bodes well. A shame for those who panic sold a few days back on what was clearly labelled 'preliminary results'.

Flow rates for the 2 look to be heading to 1400boepd all day long 90% oil. On shore US 28m market cap is insane.

I have to say update today is absolutely stunning with flow rates potentially to increase further over the next 2 weeks this should comfortably be over 50p IMHO

Possibly in top up territory at 28p but always have in back of my mind that they may come back for another placing again sometime soon? Probably will just sit on the fence and see what happens....

Slide 5 shows daily data points and the vector for oil production is particularly positive imho. Only about 10% of the frac fluid has returned so far.

I think the negativity flows from the caption where they mention the company's record of performance, yes I seem to remember last time all this bullsh*t was out the next one was oops a contractor dropped a spanner in the well and we've shut it off and took 75k compo, that was only last year

Why the negativity about a PRELIMINARY flow rate of 637 BOE per day? It was clear that the final results would only be known over the "coming weeks" on 28/10/17. It's only 2 weeks now!

Today's RNS on the preliminary result tell us that oil and gas production volumes and fluid percentages have been rising steadily, and that the Company will announce a definitive Initial Production ("IP") result in the coming weeks once production rates stabilize.

Give it time to eliminate the the other fluids (frack) and reach an IP result over the coming weeks, which will probably be significantly higher than the preliminary result.
