Surely the company must issue an RNS if they know of any reason for the fall .It's a long way down from 38p and I don't think the share price got a head of itself to warrant such a drop.Got to be a large seller?

I would say it's the investor liquidating his position.
We've had no Tr1 which we should have had as it was circa 10% of the company
The shares were quite blatently being forward sold into strength

Ye me too.The company stated it was fully funded near term and the new investor Bourt at 30p.Must be somebody selling .

WOW! The subscription shares was reported to us on 17/11/2017.... but they were actually allocated on 23/10/2017.... 25 days before the RNS....

True. But you can wonder at the logic of sellers at 27p? Firstly major multi $m investment from a US corporate at 30p recently followed by great RNS today. How does any investor with more than 1 brain cell arrive at the answer SELL from that equation? It's totally beyond all common sense? Im at a loss to cone up with any sane reason?
