These boards never change. The rampers get a major beating on the share price and all of a sudden hoards of posters demanding apologies because they predicted a fall.

Did they predict the announcement today? No
Were they fighting tooth and nail against those who predicted 70p? Yes, and they were wrong. Just ask poor YasX on the other thread who sold at 20p.

I guess like TW - noisy, unruly and like a broken clock - right once in a while.

Timing, momentum and good discipline the key to making money here - and many did.

@tidy2 if your posts are for real and you've been buying more then I urge you not to throw more money at this. Each time you buy it can be from the II who is just taking your money. For every share he sells you he can create a new one at a new lower price using this warrant deal. Nobody can doubt this it is just simple logic and arithmetic.

@Podium the II forward sells the stock. They are probably already short from much higher prices. Diversion own the warrants but that's just Price and Mendell so they are effectively cashing out to the II who has forward sold the stock. As long as the II can forward sell at higher than the warrants cost plus their exercise cost they'll continue to do so as its free money for them. It's terrible for existing holders as a) they're getting diluted to oblivion and b) the founder members who gave themselves all these warrants are effectively dumping them.

I think there seem to still be quite a few people here who have not understood the RNS properly and what it actually means.

@HK I've found your posts here on this thread to be very good and well thought out. Although we disagreed on many things perhaps we can both learn a bit from each other and stay friends going forwards. I hope you made some decent money anyway.

The share price will bounce for sure at some point no matter what we say.

If trials are to go ahead as early as july then its game on

each to their own effiert, but when the founder of the technology decides that 10m of his warrants are only worth 5p, and the remaining 20m are only worth 15p (should the share price hit 65p again), when he had previously agreed to an exercise price of 25p, and when the only way the share price will now hit 65p (IMO) is on the back of positive trial results for the technology............doesn't that ring MASSIVE alarm bells to you?

surely, if the tech was successful he would be able to negotiate a much better deal for the warrants (if he still couldn't afford to exercise them)?

please also bear in mind that the Institution has only 4 weeks to buy all of the warrants - will testing be complete by then, and if so, why wouldn't he wait?

sorry, but that's why I have sold and won't be back in - I wish you all luck, but something doesn't smell right anymore.

Thing is Hershel no warrants have yet been excercised and if testing goes ahead in JULY then 30p could well be a bargain. You never know.

Either way i see a bounce from 30p levels.
