15/6/2016 14:23 | Just got back was out most of the day. In my view what's gone on here is that the "institutional investor" has almost certainly forward sold stock much higher and now has a very cheap way to cover his short by buying these warrants and exercising them. The fact that HNR gets a small bit of cash from the exercise of the Divert warrants is a tiny positive compared to the dilution that holders will face if they paid recent prices. The real winners are obviously the owners of Diversion and we know who they are. Furthermore there is nothing to stop this happening again if the share price rises because the deal allows a repeat of the process so this will surely cap the share price. Clearly those that have sold out and taken it on the chin have made the right decision here. As I said all the red flags were there and I couldn't have shouted them any louder. I am genuinely sorry if anyone lost money here as clearly many PIs may have. I suspect the only thing holding up the price even here are shorts closing. | ![]() loglorry1
15/6/2016 14:20 | You lot "blind"? Pumping of the share price over many weeks. THEN....... An attempted "rampy" RNS followed on the same day by the warrant Bombshell. I was watching for the "DUMP" and here we are. | ![]() fairenough11

15/6/2016 14:10 | I thought that you explained the warrants very well some weeks ago Zengas, so we were all aware, (or should have been that they were in existence) and would show themselves at some stage in a large quantity. The only thing that is different is that they have changed hands; they are still a source of finance for the company, which is the important point. The drop in share price today is well over-cooked in my view, but nothing has really changed for those that are awaiting well test results in a couple of months - success there and the share price will climb and we all know how quickly the share price can move in either direction and will do so even if all the warrants are exercised as there will still only be around 90m shares. | ![]() bobbyshilling
15/6/2016 14:00 | Im out also. Dont like smoke and mirrors. Money gone into TLOU and TRD. Worth looking at both! TLOU 24P BROKER NOTE vs 4.5P Share price. News soon also! Pretty detail note released by Brandon Hill with price target of 24p. Written back before the testing began, flow rates come in and TLOU may move closer to that 24p price target. flw rates will mean nothing without the off-take and off-take nothing without the flow rates. Both together and this is going to be a very interesting play. hxxp://tlouenergy.co | ![]() effiert
15/6/2016 13:43 | It's the Diversion warrants that are changing hands so it depends what the 'institutional' investor does. Will they sit on the option or in turn immediately exercise them ? They have the option to buy all 30m warrants from Diversion. It's only when those warrants are then excercised is there an increase in shares at HNR and at 25p a time (up to £7.5m) has to flow to HNR. R Price still has 23.75m founder warrants along with the CFO who holds 1.1m - in 'HNR' so a considerable option chunk that RP still has. Therefore is it about Diversions own ability for funding of some kind ? Price and the others still own 25% of the tech via DTI regardless of the warrants being sold on so all round they have still very much more to gain both in their ownership of Diversion and their holdings/warrants in HNR. I recall the ASOS CEO selling a massive chunk of shares to fund a house purchase at 8.25p (a year later = 100p so an expensive house) and I took that as the cue to sell after holding from circa 3p and the case being made by the bears and the shorters as a no hope company. | ![]() zengas
15/6/2016 13:23 | But saying that...why sell at such a discount to the 25p...desperate or in the know? | ![]() supercity
15/6/2016 13:22 | Can't see how anyone should be allowed to re sell warrants...just seems wrongUnless I am misunderstanding it the institutional investor still needs to sell them at 5+25p and 10+25p to make any money once exercised...unless they have been short selling before now...I think :-/ | ![]() supercity

15/6/2016 12:48 | At the bottom of the rns it states with regard to Robert Price " He also holds all of the warrants (23,750,000) that he was issued at the time of the IPO." So after these 30 million warrants and near 100% dilution he can do it again with another 23.75 million warrants. | bandflex
