• Conclusion: Updated JORC reserves/resources come broadly in line with previous 2014 GKZ estimates (16,690kt at 3.59g/t AuEq) driving modelled grades in line with ROM grades. Previous JORC grades were inflated through mining dilution adjustments as mining operations delivered lower than modelled grades.
• Currently in development 1.3mtpa processing plant and mining operations expansion programme scheduled for commissioning in 2019 will accommodate higher ore tonnages helping to maintain production at 120koz on our estimates.

The decline in in g/t means that despite more gold bearing ore being counted it will cost much more to extract and margins will decline, yes by increasing throughput and trying to get some economy of scale they will mitigate some of the effect - but if cash costs for extraction rise that makes the output that much closer to reacting to any downward gold price movement.

Thanks penfold yes when you look at it like that it's old news. I think I might have to diversify my portfolio everything in this isn't good, although hopefully we can move back up to 160

I think the gold price is of interest, very strong move
on Friday, a challenge of $1300 would be most appreciated, dyor.

the upgrade of the plant from 800kt to 1.3mt has been planned for ages(and rns'd many times) as they expected the grade to drop. so old news and inline with company expectations.

another 800k oz au eq added to reserves.

A 6% yield seems a lot more manageable than the current advfn financials page at 9.19%
So I guess we are agreed.
That 6% is probably a little higher than when I looked as the share price has dropped back from when I did some research, perhaps I should take another look.

fenners.Regarding CEY.I read its 30% of FCF.So worked the dividend out, at GBP/USD 1.32 at around 8.2p,which would be a 6% yield.Sorry to be off topic with HGM posters.srp,If you are looking for very good value atm.Look at CNA,GFRD,GSK,ITV,& PFC.All at near 52 week lows, and recently purchased by me,but DYOR.

Gary - I looked at CEY a few weeks ago read the accounts etc I think last years dividend may prove to be exceptional and not sustainable .... I could be wrong but keeping my powder dry so far

Probably right, I used to have a large holding in vod, but moved
it on years ago at around 230p.

I will endeavour to keep digging, thank you.
