24/5/2017 23:33 | If I buy shares today (25 May), will I be eligible for the basic subscription or excess subscription when the fundraising begins? Thanks in advance! | apollocreed1
24/5/2017 18:55 | Fundraising to raise £200m would be set below last night's closing price, hence this morning's drop - I guess! | jonwig
24/5/2017 15:30 | Oops ..my bad thought it was Thursday today :( | badtime
24/5/2017 12:55 | Shares do not go Ex div on a Wednesday | daveofdevon
24/5/2017 12:17 | Ex div today | badtime
24/5/2017 07:24 | FY results, again quite impressive: NAV increased to 149p (so premium 17%, much in line with peers) and, as expected, a further £205m fundraising. | jonwig
04/5/2017 07:06 | Yet another fundraising after the Affinity Water deal? £200m new shares would take the MCap to £3bn or so. Still 700m short of FTSE100 status. | jonwig
03/4/2017 15:49 | Belated new message from HL stating that my excess application for 2500 shares was met in full. | spider1
29/3/2017 16:10 | Nice to see all the directors taking up their entitlements under the offer. | schofip
27/3/2017 19:28 | My Selftrade allocations turned up this afternoon after the head of Selftrade Customer Operations contacted me to apologise. I now have her personal number for future use. Bizarrely I got 100% of my entitlement shares and 90% of my excess shares. So maybe it was worth waiting for after all. I still have not had the scaled back excess cash back yet. | schofip
27/3/2017 10:07 | Its not really broker related. Everyone seems to be having problems. Company/broker and registrar all probably culpable. Incompetent. | horndean eagle
27/3/2017 10:06 | Here's a technically possible explanation of the different outcomes with different brokers - Suppose a broker has 10 investors in HICL. 9 of them want no basic allocation. You, though, want your basic plus an excess. When the registrars deliver the shares, they will not know the individual breakdown, merely the total. You will, therefore, receive the basic allocation of the total, not just your own holding. And the standard scale-back (whatever that is). In other words, you could get up to 100% of your allocation. (However, if all 10 want their basic you'll just get the standard scale-back.) I experienced something similar this month where a company was redeeming 10% of its shares. I applied for and got 100% redemption. By the way, I still don't know what TDD have done! | jonwig
27/3/2017 09:58 | I have still not received my allocation from selftrade. I rang this morning and they said they received the allocations on Friday but had not updated accounts and could not tell me how many excess shares I had got. I think it is probably time I looked for a new broker with better processes. | schofip
27/3/2017 09:50 | AJ Bell/YouInvest posted this quote in an email on 24 March 2017: "Please note we have requested the company provide more details with regard to how the scale back was calculated and will provide updates accordingly." So it seems that the scale back rules are not yet known. I received 33% of what I requested. | apollocreed1
27/3/2017 08:16 | So was I - so I received 100% of excess application. | spider1
26/3/2017 17:23 | Just to confirm I was referring to the excess entitlement - so I received 98% of my excess shares request as well as my full basic entitlement. | keithg_jones
26/3/2017 15:46 | Basic entitlements under the Open Offer will be met in full, with all other applications to be scaled back | ianbrewster
26/3/2017 08:13 | Similar with me - I applied for another 9226 shares and it looks like I received 98% of them - I'm with Interactive Investor. | keithg_jones
25/3/2017 20:14 | Originally had 5000 shares. Applied for another 2500 and it appears that I have been allocated all of the shares requested ? I thought that due to the demand excess share applications would be scaled down ? Account with HL. | spider1
24/3/2017 17:18 | Still not appeared in Selftrade. | schofip
24/3/2017 16:06 | My Shares have finally appeared (HL.). | skinny
24/3/2017 09:47 | Just spoke to Capita Registrars they tell me that all brokers are informed of allocations at the same time which must have been yesterday, this is a concern to me moving forward as I could have traded the shares today if necessary and could have lost out if price started dropping. | schofip
24/3/2017 09:41 | HL haven't had their allocation through yet - apparently it should be by the end of today - not impressed! | skinny
24/3/2017 09:22 | My selftrade account is still showing nothing. My youinvest account was show the full allocation and cash returned last night. I am concerned as I could have traded the new shares today. Spoke to selftrade today (who I have had other issues i.e. applying for a different No of excess shares than I requested)They tell me that the Registrars do not necessarily inform nominees on the same day and it can be a day later before allocations are made. I am not happy about this and intend to speak to the registrars to confirm this and understand why this is. | schofip |
