24/3/2017 08:25 | My TD Direct account is still showing nothing - just the number I applied for and a big red number for the cash removed for all of them! | hiddendepths
23/3/2017 16:49 | Schofip, (1) TD Direct - posted to account yesterday morning. (2) This morning I rang Youinvest , verbally told allocation was 29.44% | martinikenny
23/3/2017 16:31 | I have looked on 3 trading accounts with selftrade and youinvest and cannot see any allocations of shares. How did you find out your allocation martinKenny did you ring your broker up and which broker are you with. | schofip
23/3/2017 10:42 | yes I got the same so not sure whether to top up or not now | s2lowner
23/3/2017 10:36 | Non entitlement allocation ? ..... for two brokers I got 29.4% of requested. I'd assume this was not a coincidence but a 'standard' scale back. | martinikenny
22/3/2017 13:34 | schofip - the new shares start trading on Friday so pretty soon I guess. | hiddendepths
22/3/2017 12:14 | When will we know how many non entitlement shares we have allocated. Would my broker know already? | schofip
22/3/2017 07:53 | jonwig - yes that 3x was of the maximum size too, not the original number. I wonder how many of my extra shares I'll get! Good job I applied for a lot. | hiddendepths
22/3/2017 07:20 | Results of offer - increase of size to maximum permitted, 3x oversubscription and big scaling back above basic entitlement. Dealings start Friday. | jonwig
22/3/2017 07:17 | Now that's an impressive uptake! I doubt the share price will hang around long at these levels. | hiddendepths
21/3/2017 15:12 | I interpreted it wrongly . | holts
17/3/2017 10:59 | Holts What I was referring to when I said dealing costs was related to someone taking up the excess offer and then selling quickly for a fast buck. The dealing costs would be on the sale not taking up the offer. | schofip
16/3/2017 15:18 | jonwig - Thanks! | apollocreed1
16/3/2017 15:05 | apollo - my broker told me that 'excess entitlement' would get priority over 'offer for subs." Open Offer plus excess - best for existing shareholders. Offer for Subscription - for new shareholders. HOLTS - no costs involved for shareholders: company pays brokers for costs incurred. | jonwig
16/3/2017 14:47 | schofip , I don't think there are any dealing costs or duty with the offer . | holts
16/3/2017 14:45 | Are the shareholders that apply for shares through the "Excess Entitlement," more likely to get their requested number of shares than non-shareholders applying through the standard "Open Offer"? Otherwise what difference is there in creating the 2 categories? | apollocreed1
16/3/2017 14:16 | carer - the new shares rank 'pari passu' with the old - ie. same stuff. | jonwig
16/3/2017 14:04 | would there be quarterly dividends pay out for the new shares? It seems a steady company paying good dividends. better than putting money in the bank. | carer
15/3/2017 16:10 | I was told by my broker that I could apply for a maximum of 66000 shares. As already stated the cash for whatever entitlement and excess you apply for will be deducted up front and then after you learn how many shares you have been allocated a refund will be made, hopefully quickly. What you apply for and what you get are totally unrelated but good luck | schofip
15/3/2017 14:48 | Yes and you ll only find out if you got them later. Partial refund if any scaling. | racg
15/3/2017 09:40 | My dealing account shows money debited for the full amount of my requested excess..... | jakedog2
15/3/2017 09:10 | I think these will be scaled back and the amount of shares you get - minus dealing costs probably won't amount to much imo. They are worth getting to add to an existing holding or to keep for the future dividends. Cant see anyone retiring on this. | schofip
14/3/2017 13:00 | Does anyone think it will be possible to buy these subscription shares and then just sell them the next day for the difference between the subscription price and the current market price? Then I may as well apply for as many as possible. | apollocreed1
06/3/2017 19:19 | Am still waiting for HSBC brokers, apparently their instruction letter is being sent out today to shareholders. 07.03.17 now received , open offer only available to clients. No excess application option: They say they are unable to guarantee that the minimum requirement of shares can be met as made at a pooled nominee level. Was hoping to increase my stake in 'excess' of open offer allocation. | blueliner |
