no stockers 36 months is fine- think the process through-the new people will take at least that long appraising and drilling-geo teck-maiden jorc-pre feaso-feaso-permitting-financing-from scracth in that locale thats standard-unlikely anyone will get to production before then- at least its not just a one of cash pment- im ok with the tiered process and royalties down the line-its still win win in my view. think about it without your hatred please stockers- take gs out of this equation and say emed had a side asset untouched-it would take years to build regardless of size. even picasso as a basic open pit stripping from surface without all the capex and just trucking ore straight to plant would take millions and 3 years fast track from virgin status to production -so 3 years is fine
can you not at least see that theory?
thanks

nev - my guess, only a guess, is someone sold and bought back to get average down a little. No stamp and cheap on-line brokers (mine charges £5.95 a trade). Slim pickings though.

There isn't enough liquidity to open up a meaningful short.Who is going to be prepared to stand counterparty to shorting a company with a market cap of around £6m,no one I know.

The feasibility of Picachos is key.Hopefully the results in a few days will confirm this is a very low cost operation.Certainly that's the impression we've been given.

Bear in mind that if B&A are prepared to pay some £2.5m for La Serena,a handsome premium to book value,a market cap of £6m for the whole of Herencia is clearly bloody wrong.Something that dear old Stockready might struggle with but nonetheless a plausible conclusion.

yes- your very confused stockers!!
serena hasnt had a single drill bit poked in it since being acquired nearly 10 years ago when herencia was first created.
in current junior market if someone is going to pay under terms agreed via herencia im all for it stockers. rather than have it sit there doing nothing.
there mite be nothing worth drilling or pulling out of ground in serena stockers, then what? so who would spend the 2-4 million $$ just to do some drilling there? herencia?
its a good deal stockers, moving a simple grass roots copper project forward with part income part royalty if it ever proves up.
and the income generated if it proves up is worth more than herencias current market cap so for an asset without any real intel within to get money back -IN CURRENT CLIMATE is a good move.
you and i may disagree-but really stockers.
your miles off the mark slagging herencia off on this one. same goes for guam, ozmin spent millions drilling and we got the intel for free, and yes there is as till a deposit down in guam. and to keep that alive without further dilution to herencia is a good move-paulina etc. as i said before, guam didnt move with oz cos they wanted a huge pcd in excesss of a $billion value, so if guam works over time with a smaller viable deposit that doesnt dilute herencia then thats great too.
meantime jorc is coming and feaso is still on target
so they are working damn hard stockers,
the more you slag herencia off on good news the more bitter and twisted you appear to come across.
an opinion is one thing but slagging off a good rns doesnt ring true stockers.
neither you or i are qualified as mining experts.
gs is doing a better job than you keep saying
and as i said before -wait for the jorc n feaso and see if fleur links to 40m before attacking picasso further.
you really need to understand current junior climate better stockers.
also can you explain to me why emeds price has slipped again? considering all the wonderful news they have had and the great sset at in the ground? shouldnt that be around 15-20p right now with your maths? im not slating emed, im just saying the market doesnt favour miners currently due to global issues and weak metal prices.
you are coming across as vexacious and twisted stockers.
by all means have an opinion, but to continually slag gs off day and night?
i think your over the top regardless of where the share price is.
you cant blame everything on gs stockers
best wishes

Under the agreement, Cuprum has paid an initial non-refundable payment of USD150,000 to Herencia. If Cuprum elects to proceed and fully exercise its options to acquire the project, it will pay a further USD350,000 in 12 months time, USD500,000 after 24 months and USD3 million after 36 months, said the company.

................................

can someone please tell me , what is above utter BS means?
selling HER assets at such a ridicules terms and conditions ?
pay the USD3 million after 36 months!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHY?
WHY can't they pay it now?
how about the interests? are they paying interest on the money they owe to HER from DAY ONE of the purchase?

then he carries on saying:

The company said the option agreement will provide short to medium term shareholder value,

REALLY?!!!!!!! WHAT VALUE idiot? look at the share price and then tell me WHAT value being added here! ?

THE LAST PART IS THE BEST:

Whilst the focus has been on advancing the Picachos Project toward production by the end of the year, we continue to seek value-add opportunities for our shareholders wherever possible, this agreement is one such opportunity," he added.

LOOOOOOOOOL
LOOOOOOOL
looooooooool

who is now going to answer the decent shareholders ?
why we are in the position to give away assets and be happy with 150,000 petty money, and later 500,000 WHICH NONE OF THAT can or will secure a finance require for Picachos,

GS want to make sure he is get paid, that is all and you be so so naïve to think otherwise

please explain the today deal to me, ?!! I am confused!

steeps- with copper prices weak recently- i wonder how the jorc n feaso will match up against it- and what figures they will use for copper and silver prices.
considering how cheap and low cost capex etc picasso is expected to be as well as simple mining op in the beginning maybe? this will be very viable for herencia even with weakened copper n silver prices moving forward (china slow down etc)
and any upswing will change those dynamics significantly-whereas looking at other copper plays with massive capexes surely have a larger headache than littleol herencia as long as gs can master the juggling as he appears to be doing here.

brr media is out by the way-ill leave the link to steely or a.n.other

Disappointing reaction but we've seen it before.I've never trusted the trade data interpretation by ADVFN.It's near impossible to be sure of buys and sells when you have a nominal spread of some 10%.Sellers are hitting this price when it pops it's head up.HER is plagued by stale bulls like all junior miners.

Selling La Serena is the equivalent of selling some family silver or at least part of the garden!I think it's the only thing we can do in the circumstances.Anything to get Picachos into production to secure cash flow.In the past,I've suggested the large miners might take over the small but actually, since the larger groups like Rio and Billiton are cutting back on capex,it's more likely that we'll increasingly see opportunistic private company operators like B&A cherry picking. The majors might enter the fray in a couple of years. If I hadn't been so badly beaten up with junior resource stock holdings,I might well think of buying some juniors now but it's once bitten, twice shy.The markets in general have a predilection for defensive large heavyweights with strong cash flow like Whitbread,AstraZeneca,Shire,Next ,Reckitts,Unilever and BT.The speculative froth has been blown away.

The backcloth is commodities hitting their lowest level since 2002 struggling against a slowing China and a galloping USA with a strong dollar exacerbating problems as the administration mulls a rate rise.Remember how the weak dollar stoked speculative demand for all metals some years back, well that's all gone into sharp reverse now.If you look at forecasts by the likes of Goldmans for iron ore etc, they don't see a more benign climate for metals until 2017/18.There maybe solace in zinc breaking the mould but all in all the metal industry looks set to remain in the doldrums. That hardly suggests a swift recovery in junior resource stocks. To buy junior resource stocks now remains a big gamble into strong headwinds.

Its baffling me less. You chuck a huge buy order in the system at a low price the mm's will do their utmost to fill it because business is business. Not that difficult to do in a company that lacks any trading volume.

At other times, in other mkt's the work that G.S. is putting in on this share would be rewarded.
He is a very active man, kept us afloat & is now even harvesting cash.
A deal maker, who can push along a project.
I note that he is also reviving the prospects of another j/v at Guamanga.

More to come in the next 10days from PIC.the Resource estimate will be released shortly?

Her will have multiple prospects soon & a falling share price with every brilliant news release !!!
