yes fair enough question, but I sold one big chunk of mine (at the loss still) when the share dropped to 1.40p (Corb knows about that) and I encourage people to sell some at that point, the only reasons I hold on to the rest of my share was two folds:

1. I wanted to give this idiot one last chance and purely because at that point the risk/rewards ratio made sense considering a very good assets HER was holding so I did took that chance, (and I was wrong) but still feel so gutted I didn't sell the rest and more than anything feel for all those who are at the far bigger lose here!

2. secondly I was truly hoped this idiot will get lost from this company or get sacked by the board after continuously failing to deliver but that didn't happen either.

Yes, I stuck with what I had left and stayed on because it was no point of selling after the drop below 0.5p, but that stupid chairman holding on to GS like a glue, suggests to me that they are both eating from the same pots, so it is a big question over the performance and delivery and management of this company and what is really going on behind the scene.

this is one man show, and one man circus, and market now knows this so well, this idiot think by introducing a new broker will solve the problem while he has not idea of PR and the core of the issues here

What you have said about the "useless" management may well be true, stockready, but what does it say about you as an investor if despite knowing all this "for years" you have continued to hold your shares and recording a big percentage loss as a consequence?

Does it not also show you as a "true idiot" and a "useless" "clown"? I think it does!

I am once again amazed of corb post in LSE to say that we should be worry about the China disaster don't spread and not come to bite us etc...

This is while is should be the least of our worry, because the immidiate problem is not the china or global market but the true odiot running this company and deliverying ZILCH so far... this is what we should be worry about not the effect of China.

The question should be why GS has not delivered the promised open pit?
Why he is hidding behind that stupid Chair man?
Why is he allowed to get paid while he distroid this company?
Why we need 5 months to discuss this utter BS MoU and JV?
Why GS promised open pit and why he suddenly gone quite while the penny dropped for him that he has nothing ? No finance, no money, no cash flow.

Is it truly not the time for him to start returning some of the money he eared and deliverd ZERO value here and only damages and delays?

Why GS no longer talks about Feaso and open pit by 2015?

What happened then?

He lied? He decives us? He drilled and drilled and all for nothing?
How about the Lind deal?

How about this true idiot idea of win win situation while the share price is on free fall?

I have no doubt in one of the short coming BS RNS's this is going to be top line from that clueless clown (GS) to blame the global economy for this disaster drop today.

I am not going to deny that global economic and specially recent tumble of global market would have a some effect on small capital companies like HER, but effect would have been minimal if we were in the position of production by now, OR if this idiot would have delivered some value and some cash flow and not lost loads of priceless opportunities to save this company, delays after delays and pointless BS RNS's wasting decent shareholders times and money down the toilet in the hands of that idiot GS and then he still dares to come to tell us we are in WIN WIN situation and should be dancing for joy because this crazy idiot has achieved ZILCH for us!

I is another sad day for us, and happy days for GS because in this global climate he would keep his job for at least next 5 months while he is so called negotiating BS JV under MoU BS!

YES this is how WIN WIN situation is for us! or for GS rather!!

someone please keep this clown out of that company together with that useless chairman who is backing him up!

So now we've got Beaufort and Ambrian as joint brokers and WHIreland as NOMAD.Can't have too many brokers then.I'd swap a couple of brokers for just one solid UK institutional investor.

The assumption must be that Shining disagreed with the deal that the management is proposing to make with Errazuriz.Irritated,like all shareholders by prevarication and smoke and mirrors and sitting on a large paper loss,Jimmy decided to leave the board.Nonetheless,I'm surprised ,since Shining do hold some 12.5% of the equity which should make them pretty influential in the scheme of things.Perhaps GS and the Chairman are going to strike a deal with the savvy Errazuriz that might secure their management future but leave shareholders scratching their heads in disbelief.
I can't see there's the liquidity for Shining to sell their equity stake in the market.They might sell to Errazuriz who,by all accounts,could acquire Herencia for next to nothing and keep its assets in the proverbial "freezer" to be exploited in better times.Errazuiz are Chilean afterall.
